Because by then 7 years HAD passed...the situations are different, man...the V thing happened when he probably hadn't even started dating Alya properly.

But he broke up with her later on cuz after 7 years she accused him of cheating on her whether emotionally or any other way...by then a basic relationship wala trust toh was established...or so they thought.

Ofcourse Manik is a bit hypocritical about trust anyways but that's a larger discussion😆...we all never realize how hypocritical we can be even about things we feel so principled and righteous about.
