but then i think they did not show him reacting much then..

but Manik mite feel insecure, coz Fab5 knw that Manik is doing all this for nandini, and manik mite feel upset as Dhruv knws that manik has taken part in that concert for nandini,yet dhruv agreed for the replacement ,thus making manik away from nandini
