And second thing, today's episode should have been shown yesterday, right.

May be due the strike or some other reason, we had half hour episodes the last two days and if the last two episodes aired on Wednesday itself, todays episode would have been aired yesterday and Monday and Tuesday's episode would have been aired today (if from next week its going to be half hour)
