Abhishek Malik quits MTV Kaisi Yeh Yaariaan

The good looking and charming Abhishek Malik who mesmerized one and all with his vicious character of Harshad in Kaisi yeh Yaariaan (BBC) on MTV has quit the show.

Yes, the actor was supposedly not creatively satisfied with the negativity in his character and post discussions with the channel and creative team they amicably decided to end the character of Harshad.

Shares a source, "The team had initially decided to turn his character positive, but then changed their mind. With Harshad's role turning completely negative, Abhishek somehow was not getting comfortable essaying it."

When we buzzed Abhishek he confirmed his exit and said, "It was a mutual decision with the team and we parted in a good note. I really enjoyed my stay in the show and the amount of hatred I managed to gain from viewers count my successful run in the show (smiles). I hope to soon get back on TV and entertain viewers once again."

Abhishek has earlier presented his acting skills in shows like Chhal- Sheh Aur Maat, Khoobsurat and Splitsvilla.
