But Ranbir lives far away ... Mumbai has good hospitals, no need to take Cabir somewhere else ...

A phone call or something though ... Maybe Ranbir and their mom finaly talking ... she calling Ranbir and telling him about Cabir's situation while Ranbir is in his class or something
