I thnk it was bcz cabir or maybe manik tells her she cheated on him bcz she told the SECRET OF RAGHBIR. To harshad..and tht might have hurt her ..like seeing manik not trusting her and all..i dont thnk its due to sacrifice ..

PS:lemme clr my point i said manik wud use the trust stuff as his weapon ..nt tht he wont trust her..his trust for her vll be forever ..it wont break ..bt for his soo called buddy as i said in comments he wud use this stuff to break vth her ..just a possibility😉

but Manik not trusting her means he doesnt love her in her eyes, because trust is love for both of them, thus this will also mean Manik not loving her... but i doubt this, because Manik trusts her and loves her, but he can use this as a means to break up with her though

Manik would never want to spoil Nandu's performance.. so it is highly impossible that he would've hurt her right before the performance.. let's just wait n watch!
