This post is just for the educational purpose. I could have gone to wiki for answers which is my usual approach.

But wanted to know from you ppl as you all are far more interesting

So here it goes

1. Was Nandu supposed to puke. She has 2 cold drinks of which 1 was spiked. From my limited Knowledge imparted by brothers n cousins, people puke when they booze on empty stomach.

2. She was supposed to have lemon water which supposed to be cure for hangover or whatever she was reeling from. But she was talking about shining for him. Nandu consciously would not say it. So does it mean lemon water doesn't work is it?

P S: I am anxiously waiting for Monday

1) People puke when drunk when the body doesn't take it healthily not only in the case of empty stomach. I know my friends who drunk and puked when it was their first time though they weren't on empty stomach.

2) Nandu didnt have lime water. She threw it on Manik's face becoz he scolded her😆

She was half conscious & half drugged..lemon water doesn't work immediately.. upar se it was diluted..
About puking ..i am not too sure.. not everyone pukes that too with sedatives.. she didn't even have a booze.. but depends on how the body of a person works..like one of friend pukes every time she has a heavy dose medicine/...

1. It was a sedative, not alcohol and sedatives are not supposed to make you puke. People puke for multiple reason, empty stomach, if you drink too fast(which Nandini did), if you mix your drinks or if you are ill.

2. She didn't drink the lemon water as of now😆, but lemon water is just to make you not feel pukish, it doesn't cure a hangover.

I puke with coke & thumbs-up😆

I guess it's also because she ran up the stairs & around inside the library.. reactions in the abdomen happens!

It's good you brought up this topic. I don't want to sound very aunty like but if you are curious then here goes. Spiking drinks is actually an offence.

Commonly seen spiked drugs in a&e are

1. Alcohol

2) GHB

3)ketamine

4) rohypnol

All these can cause euphoria,disinhibition,nausea,amnesia,sedation,dizziness,slurring of speech,muscle spasm in varying degrees.
