As per our source information, Niti and Utkarsh, while filming for a track featuring their commencement of love

The relationship is at an early stage. Their co-actors know about their relationship and are happy for the same.

When we buzzed Niti to know more about this affair' she exclaimed, "Oh God no, there is nothing going on. It's just that we are really great friends and people might have perceived that we are dating. We are surely very close but it's just friendship. I think people should accept the fact that a boy and a girl can be just friends' also."

Utkarsh too belched the just friends' tag adding, "I have really become great friends with Niti but there is no love happening. She is one of the closest friends I have on the set and thus we hang out together."
