Seriously though, What has me hooked is the deep and intense love these two have for each other, that has you hoping that one day you will find your special person, one who loves you as deeply as Angad loves Kripa and vice versa.

Also the feeling you get seeing A-K together, Like I said before, their love doesn't always have to be sizzle, sizzle, sizzle....seeing them together leaves you with a feeling of happiness.

ok. i'll admit it. angad's bad boy persona, his looks and appeal are definitely one of the biggest draws for all female fans of kyph😳😉 but thats not it entirely. there are other better looking guys then iq and way better actresses then neha (dont get me wrong. i luvvvvv neha🤗) so as you so astutely asked nitica, why oh why, are we so fixated with a-k then???????

i've been trying to figure that one out actually and i was remembering a post that you once wrote to me nits, about our being in love with love. that's it really. im in love with the idea of love. and in angad and kripa i see a tangible manifestation of that elusive feeling,love.

do you remember the very first concert where angad was shown for the first time ever. and how kripa,new in town, had gone to see her idol perform, with stars in her eyes. so, there was angad with his larger then life image and kripa with her proverbial girl next door one. and yet looking at both, you just knew that these two were meant to be together. it could be no other way.

and slowly, as they started focusing more on their story; their initial meeting, their apathy towards each other, the reluctant fascination, the growing awareness and finally love blooming; i got more and more drawn into the lives of these two characters. their hopes became my hopes, their fears my fears.

it's crazy isnt it. how we take them so seriously. how we are so mesmerized with a-k. when in reality they are only, wonder of all wonders!!!, a figment of ekta kapoors imagination. (lol. talk about stumbling unto a good thing) but they are real to me. i dont know. maybe they are my form of escapism from the real world. or as hafsa said, maybe they just reinforce my believe in love and that eventually i too will one day find the special someone who would love me and who i would love. wholly and completely.

i dont really watch soaps,so i cant really compare kyph and consequently a-k with other couples in other soaps, but for me simply, kyph will always be the story of angad and kripa. and an enchanting, alluring and spellbinding love that was meant to be.

The minute I heard my first love story

I started looking for you, not knowing

How blind that was.

Well said answer amal!! 👏 Your a beautiful writer, and I couldn't have said it myself. Honestly, I myself have always believed that there is no such thing as true love, and nevertheless, I know that no matter how many stories of heartbroken love there will be, us girls will always have a shimmer of hope hidden in a deep corner of our hearts that a Mr. Perfect will walk along who will love us, and only us. One who will find happiness in our happiness and make our tears his tears, wiping ours away.

Ekta knows about how we feel, and displays these emotions on screen because she knows that us silly girls out will connect to it. Whether we admit it or not, she's not stupid. 😆

The reluctant fascination for Kripa and then falling in love with her makes Angad a better person, just like how it made Darcy a better person. I mean the goodness was already inherent there, it just needed the right person to bring it to the fore...this is what I feel, though now it has no comparison to P&P.

Hey Nitya!!! U are a woman after my own heart !!! Even I crazily kept comparing KYPH to P&P which is one of my all time favs : in fact Darcy is kinda like my ideal man....

Offcourse Hafsa is rite in saying that the chem of the A-K couple also adds to the appeal....

And Angad luvers ... dont zonk me for saying this : But what initially got me hooked was Angad's raw sexuality... it was there along with the other eye candy 😳... palpable enough to cut with a knife .... LUVED IT , SWOONED OVER IT & YES DROOLED OVER IT TOO.... but these days it just seems to have faded away, nay withered away behind stupidly written lines and poor emebellishments like Pole dancers .... sorry ... the couple still rocks but it doesnt sizzle like before : Sorry again ... this is what I feel these days ..... angad has been made to lose his magnetism ....which is such a waste !

Yep... amal & Hafsa ... u r both bang on .... the serial is escapism for me as well: how completely someone can luv a woman and vice versa... the chemistry b/w the couple is so real and identifiable that I got hooked on to it as well....

And yes... their story does reinforce my belief in Luv as well... but what can I say ...like I mentioned before ....... the charm seems to be fading .... little by little as stupider plots and ideas are brought in ..... i guess this makes me feel cheated as a viewer & a KYPH admirer! 😕 hope that makes sense !

well,KYPH is the only K-soap i watch but i used to watch kutumb.i feel KYPH has a story that is similar yet different in every way....angad n kripa's consatant hate at the beginning,angad falling i nluv with kripa n they getting together,a complete transformation of a guy-who-doesnt-believe-in-luv to a hello-mrsensitive-guy. then who can forget th emango days!after which they got seperated n then their tadap for each other,the whole angad destroying his life for kripa plot,then their final meeting each other.
i feel there ha sbeen twists n turns in this soap n for the first time,i m so hooked to a serial n m actually thinking abt it most of the time.
its their opposites attract wali theory

last but not the least,their awsome chemistry.besides which both iqbal n neha act extremely well that it looks perfectly natural!

what can i say?these 2 mad lovers ne hame apne pyaar ke jaal mein fasa liya hain n i dont think there is ne escape 😉 😛

You make perfect sense, the ridiculous story lines, which from all indications are set to become more ridiculous, 😕 😡 does draw the story away from what it issentialy is...the love story of Angad and Kripa. That's the reason I started watching this show, and I am disappointed at the turn its taking.

I agree with you, I'm starting to feel cheated as a viewer.
