I'm not sure you and I watched the same episodes. Not his fault? His having shoved her away at the disco was not _his_ fault??

His having gone to the Bose house and accused her of not knowing the father of her child was not _his_ fault?

His having taunted her and tormented her by going to Daadi's house and handing _her_ his wedding card was not _his_ fault?

His having ripped into her at Daadi's despite Daadi's talking to him, despite his destroying his trust in Daadi without a single thought -- who FOR PITY's SAKE had treasured, loved, gaurded him all his life! -- was not _his_ fault??

His having dumped his thinking, his feeling, his loving without for once giving anyone who tried -- KS, Daadi, Alliyah -- a chance was not _his_ fault??

What drove him to act looney (no parallels being drawn here! :-) ) was not his fault; the specifics of his own actions most surely were.

No, LT (love your sign-in, BTW :-) ) we are not differing on the principles issue here. AK had a responsibility when he signed up for "AK&KS forever" to believe enough to give her a chance, at the very least. He behaved irresponsibly, at the very least. Feeling hurt is not an excuse to dump your brain, or worse, act like a smiling,damned villain. As a case in contrast, let me point out KS.

And about guilt, one is guilty if one has undertaken an action on one's own. AK's sacrifices are not due to KS' actions. He wanted to do them.

KS has nothing to feel guilty about - she doesn't owe him a thing, no matter what he "sacrifices" after having raped her love in any and every way he could think of. That boy was right when he talked to Daadi at the mall yesterday - he deserved it all. He was responsible for all the bad reactions he is getting from KS. He is resolved to accepting it, and I think that we should be too.

Oy!! Me advocate that KS should marry Gnarly Gnome Prithvi. Perish the thought even before it is a day old! At no point in my mind has there even been a question of AK-KS being the only reality; I know they will be together.
The day that KYPH producers pressure KYPH writers to make that cinematic reality, I will -- unconditionally -- stop watching the show, and only sneak into this forum to look at Nomey's pictures and read your updates. Unconditionally.

(Is this one of those infamous IF bullets, because it has found it's mark and I'm lying gasping on the floor drowning in a pool of bright red blood. But before I go... :-) )

The only point that I'd ever consider worthy of discussion is how soon and in what manner would it be consistent with KS' and AK's character to have them come together again. Because right now, they have both been torn up by circumstances and it's not easy to see that putting them together right away is the way to forge the best forever-after.

You guys are really amazing at putting words to your thoughts whatever the logic that you follow so 👏 👏

From my point of view love is an emotional thing and not a logical thing - pure divine love that is.

Kripa should do what gives her the innermost peace and happiness. That is important. One owes it to oneself.

Of course not at the expense of hurting someone else - she will hurt Prithvi either way by marrying someone that she does not love and by breaking off the engagement the second time around. If she married him he will suffer throughtout his married life because she will not give him the love that deserves and that may lead to frustration and eventual divorce (real world). And if kids come into the picture it gets even messier.

If she left him the second time, sure he will be hurt but time will heal his wounds and hopefully meet someone else that loves him the way he should be loved. Even if he does not at least his faith in love will be intact and he will not turn into a cynic.

She must follow her heart and soul - she can only find peace with angad because that is where she belongs.

In pure love there is no logic - those are my thoughts.

I don't think she should marry Prithvi at all.

I think Prithvi is manipulative, a hypocrite and therefore, evil.

I think that, if she is to live with someone, there is no-one else but AK.

But! I think that neither AK or KS are ready to live with each other. They need to forgive each other - yes, AK needs to forgive KS too for her stupidity in hiding Harshini's problem from him! - learn to love again, romance again, trust again before they do.
