Dear Angad,
We were all introduced to you a few months ago, and along the way we have observed you, been in awe of you, have laughed, loved & cried with you. And yes, we have all had and still have a crush on you.
So, I hope you don't mind my letter.
We were first introduced to you … Angad the rockstar (R.S.) – A man of confidence, arrogance and surety in all his actions, a man who was accustomed to getting what he wants, who steamrolled over anyone who stood in his way and who never took no for an answer, a man who was at the top of his game… - we were and may always be in awe of him.
. Then you had a gentle breeze blow into your life in the form of Kripa. This is when we got to know Angad, the man. We got to see behind the R.S. image to find a man who was a bit lost. A man who was vulnerable to the feelings Kripa stirred. A man who was so confused that he refused to accept what was happening to him, here we saw a man who never really knew love, except that of his daadi – As we got to know you, we admired you , we identified with you and rooted for you.
Then bam… we saw a man who was handed heaven in the palm of his hand, when after realizing he loved Kripa, got the love of his life returning the feeling ten fold. We got to see the carefree, happy side of Angad…. One who we could say was truly happy for the first time in his life. Here was a man who found the one person he loved, who in turn loved him for who he was and not what he was – with this we laughed and loved with you.
However, that vulnerable man who doubted that he could be loved was taken advantage of by his family of all people. Here was a man so devastated at the thought of his love using him and being unfaithful to him, that he broke… and turned into his fromer self… only more destructive – we did not agree with you, but we cried with you.
You then discovered the truth and it tore you apart to the inner most corners of your soul, you lost your love, your baby, your beloved daadi and your faith in your family – here we also cried with you.
You then decided to repent – we cheered you on.
You decided that your happiness lays in Kripa's happiness even and if it meant your ruination, you would accept it at all costs – we again admired you.
We have been with you through all this, so I hope you don't mind a piece of advice.
Please don't sit back and let Kripa marry another man. After everything you've done to repent, you deserve a second chance, you deserve to be happy and to be loved, and you know that Kripa is the only one who can give this to you.
Please, please Angad, fight for her, show her the extent of your love for her – and trust me we will be behind. We will be cheering you on, motivating you and rooting for you all the way.
Kripa still loves you, help her realize this…. For your sake, for her sake, and for all our sakes.
