Granted the disco scene & the baby's loss were indeed heart wrenching but for me the tragedy really struck home in a scene in b/w... i.e the part where Angad goes totally beserk & is breaking the stuff in the outhouse & he turns and sees an imaginary Kripa (in the yellow outfit) and she asks him - Do u luv me? and he begrudgingly & angrily says Yes I luv u......

To me this scene was tragic as at tht point I knew that the r/ship was all set to self-destruct & it wud end up destroying these 2 ppl irrevocably....

The futility depicted in the scene was tragic .... where Angad is fighting something he can't control... & also what was more tragic was the inevitability of a r/ship destructing because the ppl involved don't have the (moral)courage to trust each other : (Kripa - as she lacked the trust to share a small confidence with the man she luvs & Angad as he sadly lacked the courage to trust his feelings & heart for chosing kripa as the ONE in the first place & for turning a blind eye to the apparent dislike of his mother n family to K).... things just escalated as a result of their non-coomunication, after that...

Maybe its too sentimental.... but its rather like the saying that Rome's downfall began from the strife created INSIDE long before foreign armies invaded it from the OUTSIDE ..... And so it was with the A-K r/ship.....Both A & K overlooked the small (seemingly insignificant things) which ultimately brought on their tragic separation....

OMG!! How could I forget that scene!

Taniya, you put that forward so brilliantly. You're right. That point was the beginning of the end for A-K. I can't believe that it slipped my mind.

Stunning choice of scene!

Oh Man. Now that I think about it, another tragic moment was when Angad set fire to the road after imagining Kripa!

That was so sad as it indicated that he wanted to burn every memory of her, every essense of her.

Another onw was when he burnt her photos in the outhouse.

O.K. Now I'm officially depressed. There were so many tragic moments so far, and probably so many more to come.

I feel like 😭 😭 😭
