Seeing my fond attachment for the Idiot Box, my dad commented that he now knows what is the best Dahej he should give to his one and only daughter - A huge 51 inches flat screen, wherein I can spend my days and nights glued infront of the TV, when my poor husband is out defending the enemies of the country.....Oh! My dad is one for Dramatics, I tell you! Btw, today is my Haldi Ceremony and the very thought of getting drenched in this cold weather is sending shivers down my spine..........I wish the old fogies use some warm water, else Adi will have to get married to an Ice-statue who looks resembles me! Back to the serial......
Yuck! Where did you pick-up this one? of the episode - What is with this horrid Rajinder Singh? From what angle does he look like Angad's friend? For God Sake, not only did he look utterly crap, his acting left a lot to be desired! Mannan was awesome as Angad's friend, atleast he looked the part! Iqbal must have had a hard time controlling his laugher acting with this Buffoon!
Double Yuck of the episode - Ani''Tah'' looked extremely silly in that funny stuff that she was donning! But she acted ok, I guess! Complete waste of a character, she is neither competely evil like Naina nor a complete joker like Nehtra!
Awesome Aaliyah - This woman is something! She is determined, concerned and proactive. Aalyiah, unlike Angad used her brains and rightfully deduced that Kripa cannot be the gold-digger types and poor thing, tried her level best to tell Angad, the truth, no that it would make any difference to him, until the bloke hears it with his own ears! But kudo to Aalyiah for being such a chum and the solitary hope of ray for Kripa.
My heart goes out to you of the episode - Kripa! She looked sickely, miserable and utterly unhappy, rubbing her tummy, thinking of her future and that of her unborn child, left helpless and alone by a man who is too blinded by his anger and ego to see her tears!
My PC Sorcar? of the episode - Angad, looking ridiculously funny in that white turban he had on! And the way he gives that side-way glance to Kripa at Dadi's house was double funny, he looked as if he is going to perform some black magic on her or something! But the same guy looked killingly handsome in just the Black and White Sherwani........I just loved his _expression's when he tell's Naina to keep the TV on and he watche's Kripa's reaction to the journalists!
Heartless ******* of the episode - Angad, who else? He has the cheek to walk out of his pregnant girlfriend, accuse her, hurl abuses at her, hurt her beyond explanations and then he takes his Wedding procession right under her nose and goes and takes Aashirwaad from Dadi in front of her. When will he stop tormenting Kripa? Really, I can't wait to see him repenting and regretting for all the hurt that he has thrown her way......and still not getting mercy from her!
Determined Dadi - I love this woman because she stands against her own family and most important against her own blood whom she loves so dearly, for what she feels is right! I love her unending, unflinching support to Kripa, with whom she shares no bond, except the bond of humanity. This woman is truly a gem and Angad should thank his stars that he has Devyani Khanna's blood also running in his veins, which has probably stopped him short of becoming a complete demon, like the rest of his family.
Complete bore of the episode - Raj and Ani''Tah'' scenes! Firstly, it was frustrating to watch the episode being wasted between these two hopeless case's and secondly, the scenes were so artificial and irritating! But come to think of it, a jerk like Raj can only fall for a clown like Ani''Tah''!
''How I hate you!'' of the episode - Naina aunty for giving evil a new definition and meaning. This woman not only destroyed her own son's happiness but also butchered an innocent girl's life and along with it her own grand-child's! She has the cheek to tell Kripa to abort the baby as it has been abandoned by all, especially by the child's own father and that Prithvi will also leave her one day. Just wait Naina Aunty, see how Angad is gonna get your neck for doing this to him!
A change of heart of the episode - Stupid Harshini, for realizing that she has destroyed her best friend's entire life in one go just because of a silly misundestanding! Harshini very well knows that she will never get Prithvi, then what was the reason to do this to Kripa! But its heartening to know that this woman has some shred of humanity left in her, after seeing Kripa's circumstances and situation!
Chilly Analysis - Quite a waste of an episode, to be frank! I expected things to tumble out of the closet today, but all we saw was plenty of screen time being wasted between the awful Raj and the pathetic Ani''tah''! Iqbal was great yesterday, except in the scene where he had donned that Pagdi! I couldn't help laughing, hence I didn't pay attention to his acting! I loved his _expression's in the scene where he tell's Naina to keep the television on and watches Kripa on it.......I think his face said it all and this is what Naina is fearing, but as we all know, her worst fears are going to come true! Yipee!
Neha was really good yesterday, though the poor thing just cried buckets of tears, but her sober and miserable expressions were bang on and did have the desried effect!
I guess Angad will get to know the truth in today's episode but the accident will happen only tomorrow! I wonder how Kripa is going to meet with an accident? I won't be surprised if Naina is behind it all........but whatever the case, I am happy cause Mishti and Angad won't get married.........but Kripa will lose her child and also all her feelings for Angad will die with the baby (albeit on the surface!)
