I really dont know either but i'm guessing cause she names all her show with the letter k. so people just add k on her name. 😊

FAN..😃.mean US...WE ARE the bigest FAN gave her this name.....

i thought it was because her surname was kapoor...its like kkusum if u guys watched the ollld episodes..the first k was given by abhay because of her surname..i thought that was why it was kekta
