Amit Tandon is a managing director with New York Global Securities

in charge of corporate legal affairs. He is an attorney with extensive

experience in the areas of litigation, corporate and tax law. Prior to joining

New York Global Securities as Managing Director in charge of corporate

legal affairs, he practiced law with prominent New York City law firms,

including White & Case and Thacher Proffitt.

While at White & Case's worldwide headquarters in New York, Mr. Tandon

practiced as a transactional tax attorney and was actively involved in all

types of major mergers and acquisitions projects in the United States and

around the world. Mr. Tandon worked on projects for clients of White &

Case including Deutsche Bank, JPMorganChase, Morgan Stanley, Avis,

Royal Ahold, Castle Harlan and other major firms and corporations.

Amit received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Cornell University, a Juris

Doctorate from the University of Buffalo School of Law and an LL.M. in

Taxation Law from New York University School of Law. Mr. Tandon is

admitted to practice law in the states of New York and Connecticut.

i dont think that info u provided is of amit i remember b4 indian idol happened he was seen on v tv's popstar 2 contest so this means he is in india frm a long time.

ha ha..... its prob sum buddha mr amitji tandon!!! i searched Iqbal Khan and found out he was a terrorist 😕, then i realised that their are other Iqbal Khans in the world aswell!!!
