A WARNING

Friends,

I am really sorry that I have to write this topic at all. It , it is specially hurting when you see members forgetting the line dividing personal and public and think freedom of expression means freedom to say whatever they like to whoever they like. I have been a member on this forum for a long time and never before we had to resort to something like this.

However, the need of the hour says we get you all aquainted to a few ground rules all over again and that means a few serious things.

I want to take this opportunity to let everyone know we will NOT HAVE the members discussing another member as if she is a non existent person and criticising her posts or for that matter directly attacking her for having a diiferent take on something. No matter who or what she is and what her take is on any character or actor in the show, she is entiltled to it.It does not matter if she is the prime minister of a country or a regular ordinary member of the forum.

A member is a member and please maintain the sanctity of the forum by observing respect for other member's opinions as long as they pertain to the characters and actors in the serial.

If any one has any issues, it has to be either addressed in a pm or written in a positive way without resorting to naming any one or criticising anyone's opinion. If you do think that a member is at fault, then report to the moderators and they will take care of it.

If any member is found violating this code of conduct, they might face a direct ban without warning.

I hope you all take this very seriously and adhere to it.

wow, i didn't realize there was such a big problem, im glad u addressed... I just hope that the problem will get solved.

well i agree.....but i also think it is too late and quite pointless to give such warnings now, as a member of this forum has already been forced to leave after having to deal with such hurtful comments!!!!! I think we all know whom i am referring to!!!

Thanks for pointing out this issue.

Everyone has a right to their own opinions as long as they don't hurt other members.

Most of the arguments happen because people have a problem with others just because they have a difference in opinions.

All I want to say is that, if we just ignore the posts we don't like, then we can all get together and discuss what is most important: the show.

We must behave ourselves.Thanks for the warning, Minnie.We must understand that it really isn't that difficult to be civilized, cultured and well-behaved.I miss the exiting member but nothing can be done about it.All our pleas and requests couldn't stop her.That's sad.Don't worry about what Iqbal will say.We never had any link with him anyway.

I personally didn't even know something like this was happening. Who was forced to leave this sight because he/she became upset? I think that the members who make these sort of comments should be ignored. Why suffer because of them?

thanhs minnie i m new in IF but i totally agree with u tht we shoud stop hurtin other members by our comments and only stick to kyph and discuss only kyph
