help needed to understand chaska meter!

hey i am a new member so i don't really know much about the telly chaska meter....does any experienced member know that what means by points from comments and points from hits on the telly chaska meter of all soaps...plz someone tell me!!thanx a lot for your help and time!!!😛😛really appreciate it!
