Mr.Mitthal's old connection to Angad

I am just guessing and I coudl be wrong for some reason why do i feel that though Mr.Mitthal is helping Angad and he may or may not know if Angad and Mishti wre involved but for some reason Angad never remembered his days at Nainital about the house before but is it coincidence that Mr. Mitthal chose the shoot location near this house...do you think he is Angad's uncle or something like that? What are your thoughts.

even i was thinkin the same.. there is an old conncetion betweem Angad and Nainital and Mr.Mittal..

Kripa is from nanital too 😆 there could be a connection b/t angad kripa too..........i wonder what but that would be gross 😕
