I NEED UR HELP WELL ACTUALLY MY FRIEND ON IF NEEDS UR HELP, U C SHE CAN'T LOG ON TO IF CUZ SHE HAS DA COOKIES PROBLEM, SHE SEZ DAT SHE HAS TRIED SO MUCH SOFTWARES, ALL OF DEM SAY DEY HAVE DELETED DA COOKIES, BUT SHE 'STILL CNT LOG ONTO I-F SOS HE TOLD ME TO ASK U GUYS WAT SHE SHOULD DO CAN U GUYS PLZ TELL ME SO I CAN TELL HER

what cookies problem? has she forgotten her password? In that case she should contact one of the Moderators 😊

do u need mre info on cookies

cookies are small peices of info send by a web server 2 store on a web browser so it can later b read back 4rm dat browser.

when she trys 2 log on it says plzz delete ur cookies,
but the prob is that she has deleted them many times
but she still cant log on cuz it say's da same thing

right click on internet explorer, then click on properties, then it will give you a option to delete cookies. click on delete. it should solve your problem.
