Kripa is his wife, and off course he'd think she looks pretty. He'd have had the same reactions if he hadn't gone to jail, and they'd gotten married.

Kripa-I don't think kripa gets happy when he looks at her like that, cuz she knows he only wants to torture her.

She looked really sad when he said she wudn't look attractive, probably because he'd said that she looked pretty lots of times during the mango scenes, and now when they're married, and he said that, it hurt her.

Poor them! 😭

his love for kripa comes out when he tells her that she looks beautiful..

but he's still on his revenge plot and wanting to hurt her, he tells her that she looks ugly and so on. but he doesn't really mean it. kripas probably hurt by it and thats exactly what he's trying to do. but he's always reminding her at times that she looks beautiful. i wish he'd just stick to one thing! lol
