Does it work both ways?

Hi guys!

After reading ALL the posts about how Prithvi is gonna die and then to get revenge Kripa is gonna marry Angad etc etc. I am also hearing that Kripa just might end up being pregnant and that's why she will marry Angad or something along those lines.

But I would like to know is if legally Kripa is allowed to marry again. I mean, from what I hear, if a man and woman are married and the Man decides to marry another woman, his marriage with the second woman is not legal cause he never divorced his first wife. Like in Kkusum, how Abbay's marriage to Mahi was not legal cause he never divroced Kkusum. Or in Piya Ka Ghar, Avinash's marriage to Malini was not legal cause him and Rimjhim never got a divorce.

But what about the woman. I mean, is legally Kripa allowed to marry Angad if she never divorced Prithvi? Or is it different cause she a girl or a widow?

yeah if ur a widow then ur allowed to marry another man, but the question is is privi really gonna die ? cuz he might come back so then it's a problem...

A widow can marry again.....
But the Kripa Angad marriage can be declared null and void if Prithvi is found to be alive.... And Prithvi chooses to claim his wife back...
But if Prithvi agrees to back out since Kripa remarried under the mistaken belief that Prithvi was dead....law can still recognise the AK marriage as a legal one...

As per hindu custom there r several ways to say "married". For example: panigrahanam--holding hands and owing, kanyadanam-real marriage which is taking place at present in hindu society, gaandharva--where gandharvas (I believe u know them 😛 ), raakshasa,--forcefully, with the witness of panchabhoota--witness of air,sky,earth,water etc.,: and so on
As per a-k they r married by putting sindoor on krips's maang. and they never divorced even with words like 'talak,talak' 😛 So first of all marriage with prithvi is void 😛 😉
Marrying again angad is only for society as per above instance.
All of it here we're NOT discussing in the show whether re-marriage is legal or illegal..we are looking at how a-k resolve their problems.

But hey....Indian law does not recognise simply putting sindoor as marriage...... And Prithvi coming back will be a major problem for AK cuz thier marriage will be declared illegal then....

I know but for all u know wht if prithvi only gets them into wed-knot 😳 it's okey.

But once declared dead and coming back it dsnt work for indian law tho. And one more thing if wife and husband dsnt c each other for certain period( I donno the time gap) the marriage is void 😳 😛

That time gap is 10-15 yrs.....And Prithvi will be back within a year... 😃 😛 😊
