an ernest request to vijay, the mods etc.

hi all,

i want to request vijay and the design team of if.. to please increase the board size..... in kyph only we just have a space to display 4 topics... previously we used to have arnd 10 topics....

we all cleared with the stickies but made them into announcements and that too took up a lot of space......

how abt makin a topic that has important links to the kyph as an announcement... it can house links to things like motw of the week, guess motw and kyph member awards.....

also we can have another that says links to vdeo and written updates...

this way we can save space for 6-7 announcements.......

i hope u will not mind me suggesting.....

ohh atleast u guys have 4 spaces.
in KA forum we have only 1.
can u belive it?
i tried to convince the viewbie's to move all the archives in one perticuler topic.but no one listens.
even lot of other members have mentioned it.
this is so annoying.just 1 space normal topic.
i pmed vijay but his dad was ill so he didn't reply.
lets see what happens.

I have increased the topics per page size to 20 now. Check if it looks fine?

Well its just about first page which looks a bit Full with Announcements and Stickies but from the next page we are getting more topics links.

Actually increasing the Topics count per page slows the server as it requires maximum number of queries on the database.
