hmmm....I agree with you .... Kripa has made a mockery of the sentiment cald 'tru love' very badly ... I was hoping that like you had suggested this wife crapp was all 'one big hallucination/figment of Prithv's imagination ... but it turns out that it was NOT she married him - and betrayed her love ...

And again u r rite in saying that Angad showed more backbone in refusing to marry M when he found out the truth....
