swayam comes into his cabin and bumps into tushar. tushar tells him that he had forgotten the file for the delhi contract. swayam says that he has the file in his hand. but swayam says tushar is a true friend and appreciates his concern for the business. tushar says he has to go to the hospital, and slips the R&G file under another.
kashish is standing near the balcony dreaming, and mahek comes and talks to her.they talk about sujal etc.. and kashish asks the date. she remembers that it is Charu's birthday. She says she wants to mend all problems with CHaru tonight, and will do so by presenting her Akshat at a party. Charu is sitting crying in one corner, while Kanan and Mouli are planning the party. CHaru says she wishes Akshat atleast would have called to wish her. Mouli and Mahek make up excuses about how he must be busy otherwise he would have called. Kanan complains.
Kashish calls Akshat to ask him to come to the party. He refuses and says he does not want to be anywhere near people who will criticize her or make her feel out of place. She says then can he meet her at a restaurant for a meeting. He comes and then sees kashish. He realizes that there is no meeting, and kashish tells him that they need to go for charu's sake to this party. Akshat agrees hesitantly. Charu see's akshat enter and looks happy, until she sees kashish behind him. she gets an angry look. kashish goes to wish her, and she says to stop acting. she embaresses kasish, talkng about her being married for the third time, and being Mrs. Shergil. It doesnt matter which brother she is roaming around with, just as long as her name remains Shergil.She says some more rude things.Kashish very sadly says she only came tonight to bring akshat back to her. charu says not to lie, as it is written all over her face. Akshat gets angry and slaps her very hard. AKshat tells kashish he told her not to come to this party, and that she always tried to do good deeds for others, and in return they only put her down. Kashish leaves and akshat follows her, ending with a close up of charu in tears.

Her intentions were good, but where did she go wrong?Tushar talking to CHaru says that if she is really in love, she needs to learn to overcome obstacles. If she can do this, then her love is real.
