Guys, just heard rajeev's interview on radio mirchi yesterday...
Rajeev with RJ Sana..n it had to do with HHITA awards for which the nominations came out today...n he is one of the nominees...
Well it had started off with RJ Sana asking the viewers as to who should win..whom would they vote for the Best Actor - Rajeev Khandelwal, Ram Kapoor, Ronit Roy or Iqbal Khan..All the gals who called in voted in for Rajeev (i missed this part)..where the listeners gave their views ...RJ sana said that ..luks like all gals are with me..cause even my choice would be Rajeev Khadelwal...n then int..ab mein chahungi ki rajeev ke saath baath kare..aap phone authanyge na ....Finally she gets him on line...She greeted him..n told him that ..they've been asking listeners as to who they think should win the award n all they've had so many calls frm gals who want him to win..n she said that her Vote would also go to him...He said so sweet n thank you so much...he was also asked abt his thank you speech if he wins...but he just said that thank you for voting for me n i hope that i do win..
Now this is the best part..he was asked whom he would vote for in these categories..
First Best Serial...Saath Phere, Kasam Se, Kahani Ghar Ghar Ki & Virasaat....n Rajeev said..inky ..pinky ponky...that's how i'd have to choose cause I don't watch TV....so wouldn't know abt them.. & Sana was realy surprised ..she said ..that you are the hottest actor on TV..n u don't watch TV...n Rajeev said there is nothing interesting on TV....n that now TV really needs to grow..n i watch my shows..not cause i enjoy watching myself but cause i can see where i'm going wrong n can try to improve on it..
Best Actress...Smriti Irani, Prachi Desai, Sweta Prasad n Sarita Joshi..n Rajeev said Smriti..i don't need to say..she has proved herself....saritaji..i haven't seen her work...but i've seen some promos of prachi..n she is said to be nice..so it could be smriti or prachi..
Then Best Actor...he was asked that if he wasn't in the nomination list n had to choose b/w Ram Kapoor..Ronit Roy & Iqbal Khan..whom would he vote for..N Rajeev said that they all are much better than him,...n Sana chips in..telling him that he is being modest..n he just said No..am not being modest...Ronit Roy has been here for a long time..n senior ...but i will be baised in this category n vote for Iqbal..cause he is really gud friend of mine..n newcomer...n i'd want him to win...so i'm gonna be a bit baised when it comes to this...
That was the end..Sana wished him the best n wished that he does win the award...
I had no clue that Iqbal n Rajeev were frendz...
