At the Parivaar awards...

Armaan Sir and the Parivaar
Jassi's Armaan Sir (Sony) came along with wife Shilpa Saklani (Ganga of Kyunki). When the photographers wanted him to pose in the backdrop of the Star Parivaar awards cut-outs, he remarked, "I am not part of the parivaar, how can I do this?" He later obliged and posed with Shilpa.

Where is Sujal?
Hate him or love him but you cannot ignore the erstwhile Sujal, Rajeev Khandelwal. He was missing in action, considering he had no reason to be there anyway now that he's out of the show. He wasn't nominated in any category either, but there were several youngsters waiting near the red carpet for his entry.

Mohini and her man
All this while the vitriolic Mohini (Tassnim Sheikh) of Kyunki was reluctant to talk or pass on pictures of her beau Sameer Nerurkar. But at the awards ceremony, we were surprised to see her walk hand-in-hand with him and even introduce him to one and all.

Sameer, a shippie, was in town for a break and wanted to catch up with wife-to-be and her gang. But how come all of a sudden Mohini didn't mind showing off her man?

We are pals
Everyone knows that Dollie (Karishma Randeva) and Monalika (Manasi Verma) are good pals and love to hang out together. Both the gals came to the party, posed for pics on the red carpet, gave bytes to TV channels together. Friendship is … doing everything together!

Fashionably late
As usual Ekta Kapoor along with Star's Peter Mukherjea walked in long after the show had already begun and just when Mr Bajaj (Ronit Roy) went up to the stage to receive the Best Pita award. She made it in time to hear Roy say that no matter what happens tomorrow, he will always be indebted to Ekta.

Making a spectacle
The Miilee twosome Ajay Gehi and Mona Vasu went overboard in their thanksgiving speech for the naya sadsya award. Gehi plugged himself and even unabashedly asked Ekta for a role! "We are the new stars please remember us." Whether Miille was either amused or thoroughly embarrassed —- we think it was the latter.

Unexpected entry
Rohit Roy features in a show on Zee TV and Zoom, so what was he doing on the dais of the Parivaar Awards?

He even thanked Ekta because everyone else was thanking her! He claimed that he was part of the sadasya — we assume he was there on account of his blood relation — being younger brother of Ronit Roy!
