How do you regard SPA

Its SPA season again and all the voting is going on to choose the favourites of the viewers. However, witnessing the past three SPA awards, my personal opinion of SPA is that it does not seem to give out the awards fairly. I maybe wrong but i think many SPA awards are not decided on the highest number of votes received but given to some personal favourites.

Star Plus always maintains that awards are for the characters and not for the actors, so why wasn't the character of Sujal nominated last year.

So, in your opinion, do you think SPA awards are legimate or are the awards are given accurately according to the number of votes received.
