"Mrinal Deshraj has bagged the lead negative in Balaji's, 'Kahin To Hoga' on Star Plus. The main protagonist of the show is played by Aamna Shariff.

"I play the character called Shipra Arora who is a fashion designer and a socialite from London. With the twist in the story now new characters have been introduced, me being one of them. My character is completely negative with direct clashes with the character Vasundhara (Madhuri)", says Mrinal.

Mrinal who is seen in Sony Entertainment's 'Ek Ladki Anjani Si' is quite excited about her new role. "I am very excited to be a part of the Balaji Camp. I am grateful to Ekta Kapoor who gave me a chance to showcase my talent. I take playing my character as a challenge as one has to be quite spontaneous and powerful in terms of performance to stand up against Vasundhara (Madhuri)", adds Mrinal.

Along with 'Ek Ladki Anjani Si' Mrinal is also busy shooting for Rajshri Production's next project 'Vivah' starring Shahid Kapur and Amrita Arora. She is also playing a cop in Gautam Adhikari's next thriller venture. With all these projects and a few more in the pipeline Mrinal seems to be walking on cloud nine."

Ekta Kapoor cannot figure out names anymore for her characters or what 😆 😆 ; she has introduced sooooo many new characters that she's fallen short of names, maybe that's why she's using the real names of her employees as character names like : Ahluwalia- Shipra Arora ( her so-called creative's name ) 😆
