3. Biggest influence on shaping your life
The biggest influence in shaping up my life i would say a few things n ppl......
firstly, it is mother teressa 👏.....i just simply admire the lady what she did for other ppl. .....we gotta learn that we just dnt have to think or do things for ourselves...doing things for others give u more happiness...i had get more happy seeing sum1 getting a smile on their face coz of me....doing things for sum1 .....uska kuchh aur hi maza hota hai😃

secondly, it has to be my school principal.....i learned a ot of things for me...i feel he's the best teacher aftr god 1 can get.....he taught us all what life is all about....was success n failure is...how it shud b dealt with....he taught us the importance of discpline is in 1's....i still remember we had same rules for teachers n students in our school....if a student was scolded for not having done a work assigned or cumin late to the class ...same applied to teachers too....he taught us how to reach for stars keeping ur feets on the ground....he taught us what is knowledge all about.....what importance n significance each n every thing has in one's life.....i miss him being my teacher anymore but i admire him the most. If sumone ever says teachers r to b respected ....i had say teachers like him deserve that respect.

thirdly, i admire Rajeev n Shah Rukh...shah rukh... i hv been watching him since my childhood ...i liked the sincerity he has towards his work..hard work always pays...no matter wat kind of background or u r...circumstances may play a role in wat u r ...but it is u who is responsible for what u become....
Rajeev toh u kno di...he is sweeto ...i have tld many times bout him
but still in one line i had say he taught me that real heroes are the one's who do what has to be done regardless of the consequences.

then it was the movie black....it taught me that one can keep going long after one cant.

then finally it is the person i love.....he always made me realise that whenver we think we dnt have anything to give, when a frnd cries out to u ...u sumhow find the strength to help....we both looked at same things from different viewpoints....so when i say its all in the mind on how u feel about a certain thing this is what he taught me.....me inspired me....n made me beleive in the saying that even IMPOSSIBLE says I M POSSIBLE. N just because someone doesnt love u the way u want them to doesnt mean they dnt love u with all they have.

4. Is HRM necessary for the efficiency of an organisation and which international work ethic is better, european/US/Japanese

well yes it is indeed...coz it helps in proper working of the organisation without disputes n if no disputes then efficiency increases too 😳😳

well about the work ethic..i havnt studied as yet as to which one is better 😆😆😆....obviously all must b having sum loop holes but wat i hv seen n noticed according to that i find 1 thing gud the european work ethic that is they have a set time for everything...i mean they have a fixed hours of working ..9-5 thing i feel is gud....jaldi se kaam karo aur ghar jao 😆😆
