actually Kashish is not at all at fault. As much as I like Tushar, Kashish was not her self. She was drugged, grated it was not Tushar who drugged her. But he could clearly see she was drugged. He should have called a doctor to help her. And what he did does constitute a rape.

I just hope for all of you who are blaming kashish and are a girl (or woman) are never put in this situation. I have never witnessed it but from what I know. In this situation Kashish has no memory of what happened the night before. Now imagine someone beat you up and you don't remember what happened exactly. Not only was she rapped but she does not even remember it. Rape is not always forceful, sometimes the you love can rape you too. Rape is non concentual sex. And as far as I can remember kashish wanted to sleep with sujal (Iqbal) and not Tushar.

I think what kth is trying to address is the issue of date rape. It is very common. You go on a date with a nice guy, then he slips something in your drink. Next thing you remember is waking up naked in his apartment (or someplace worst), without any memory of what happened.
