1) As an individual, I think Kinjal's decision to abort the child borders in between right and wrong. Meaning, since Kinjal never chose to be a mother and never did anything to be one, not wanting the baby could be right in her perspective. At the same time, since inside her womb is a living child, killing it would also be wrong. It's very complicated, since you usually have people knowingly get into situations with a possibility of knowing both outcomes, whereas Kinjal was suddenly struck, without any knowledge, commitment or consent.
Anyways, I do think Kinjal will decide to keep the child, and give birth to it. She seems to be the type of girl, who'd shiver/injure herself than harm anyone else, let alone a tiny fetus growing inside of her.
2) Technically, no Neena should have no right to claim that child from Kinjal. Since, it is Kanav's child and since Kinjal will give birth to it, hers too. At the same time, being Kanav's wife, and him being the father, she may claim the child on that basis.
Since Neena doesn't want the child, wanting it, just to hurt Kinjal would be wrong. A child needs a mother who can nourish, care and love the child, if Neena can develop such feelings for the child then that'll be okay but if she doesn't, it'll be wrong not only on Neena's part but Kinjal's part to give it to her.
3) Technically, no people should have not have a say in your life, especially not society. One should live to what it can offer its decisions and choices, if you run by societies laws, crushing under the burden of it, then you should not. A lot of people could tarnish your image, pushing you to do things, when they themselves in that situationw would not.
However, our lives are definitely connected to the people we love and care about, their best interests can mean a tremendous amount to you, to direct your decisions. You know if after the outcome of your decision they are hurt, you won't be able to repair it, and will suffer because their hurt is somehow connected to you.
So if Kinjal wants to abort the child to save her family's reputation, then maybe that wouldn't be so wrong, but then their reputation would be tarnished by society, so should society have that much influence, yet that protects her loved ones. I hope I didn't confuse you all with my thoughts.
Keep smiling..
Love
