Here it goes:

Sonu, Gunn, Shruti were pregnant at the same time

Gunn, Shruti had an accident

Gunn baby dies, Shruti had a daughter.

Shruti's husband wanted a boy while Gunn's husband wanted a child

Sonu did not wanted the child.

Sonu gave her son to Shruti, Shruti gave her daughter to Gunn and Sonu told everyone that she lost the baby
