Just to catch you guys up on the story so far if you've missed out...

Finally believing that Janki is in fact NOT Parvati, Trishna makes a twisted attempt at winning the Agarwal Mansion back from her in a game of Russian Roulet. When Janki proves that Trishna cheated to win a small struggle ensues between the two and one of them gets shot. We later find out it's Trishna. Janki begs Trishna to let her repay the debt of saving her life and Trishna realizes that Janki can pose off as Parvati in order to get Suvarna to give them back the 500 Crores that Parvati originally gave Suvarna in the form of a land. Janki agrees to this and to make things easier, Trishna invites Janki to stay with them at the Agarwal Mansion with the rest of the family, who are not so pleased at Janki's arrival.
Love Stories
Metilli realizes that she is in love with Praney and tries desperately to tell him but in the process he goes and meets the publisher of his new book - Malishka, whom he seems to be smitten with. He tells Metilli about his newfound love, much to her disappointment and she decides to keep her emotions to herself. Meanwhile Pragati meets Ankit, another student in her college who wants her to be in his play. Pragati goes against Trishna's commands for the first time in her life and does the play, not knowing that she's secretly being supported by Parvati and Kamal. Pragati then finally realizes that she did what she did because she has fallen for Ankit and he feels the same way about her but they're both unable to express how they feel.
The unseen love story going on here is that of Suyash and Parvati. She still thinks of him as an enemy and he still wants to be her savior, more info on the 18 Year Old Secret storyline.
The Painting, The Box, The Skeleton & The Sock
After witnessing the way Mayuri reacted to Janki at her party, Adi believes that Janki may hold the key to bringing his mother out of her current situation. He asks for Janki's help and she agrees to do so. Shikhar is very much against this and he has something to hide. Adi goes against his father and brings Janki home anyway and surprisingly enough it comes through that Rajeshwari seems to honestly care about Mayuri and her ill state for which Adi believes Shikhar is responsibile.
When Janki does come over to help Mayuri and the two of them are alone, Mayuri points Janki to a painting of two women. Janki is confused and seeing this Shikhar decides to dispose of the painting. Meanwhile Shikhar has also unearthed a box from under a fountain in his garden and thrown it in the ocean. The box washes ashore and the police recover it to find a skeleton of a woman inside. Back to the painting, Shikhar convinces Rajeshwari to give the painting to the museum where he plans to steal it from in order to get the insurance cheque of 10 Crores.
The painting is given to the museum and Shikhar sends his men to steal it, only to find that it has already been stolen. Moments later, it arrives in courier at the Agarwal Mansion, addressed to Janki Devi. She opens it and recovers a photograph from behind it, which tears in the process of her removing it. The half that Janki does have however shows a woman holding a baby. More to the hidden stuff, when Adi tries to wish Mayuri for Holi, he recovers a red sock in her hand and she tries to tell him about it when Shikhar stops her. A huge argument ensues between father and son and Adi promises to get to the bottom of the story. He wonders where the other sock is and his question is answered at the police station where the officers recover the second sock hidden in the box that contained the skeleton, the same box that Shikhar disposed of.
The 18 Year Old Secret
While we are being made to believe that Narayani is evil and that she is conspiring against Parvati with one of Parvati's old enemies, it's soon revealed that the person she is working with is Suyash Mehra. It is also revealed that he and Narayani have kept to themselves a big secret for the past 18 years. The truth is that Suyash was the one who sent Narayani to jail to rescue Parvati and now he continues to help her through Narayani and the various other things he does. When Parvati tells Narayani that she wants her to destroy Suyash and Narayani informs Suyash about this, he asks her to do as Parvati says.
Revenge
Through all the running sidetracks, the main link remains the same. Parvati's ultimate revenge against Trishna and Rajeshwari in the form of Janki Devi. Now with Kamal having found out the truth and Parvati living in the mansion again, she vows destruction on her enemies. With the help of Narayani and the unseen hand of Suyash Mehra, Parvati continues to torcher Trishna bit by bit for causing so much hurt and pain to her family. However, Shruti hates Janki Devi and Trishna punishes her for it by insulting her and causing her a lot of hurt. Parvati, in the form of Janki, plans to avenge this little act of Trishna's as well and promises Kamal that Trishna will pay in spades.
