i wondered.😳..apu is not fit for bollywood nor tellywood...he is too classy, too sexy and incredibly nice for this industry.😳..
as for the gaot farms, Shreyas and balajis - they shud stick to their insepid characters, who like brainless morons twist ans turn as the showmakers want them to.😆😆
so i thought lets dream of our dreamlover😳- in any of the hollywood roles and of course i think my choice is surveen for his co-star for she can be classy, matching his looks and personality...and if they had good charcters., well defined and edited roles...and lots of shaayri baazi.....they would set the screen on fire...here or the west...😳

1. Sherlock holmes - 😳
i think as a character and also on TV he was the most enigmatic, classy detective. I think Apu with his sublime acting, dark fierce eyes and of course debonair, oozing sex appeal would fit the role...i was thinkin of more a contemporary Holmes (than the 19th century victorian, that way we can have plenty of eye locking sessions…at the fireplace) with Surveen instead of Dr. watson - scatter brained assistant...drooling on him more than working on his clues...and him gazing 😳deep into her wide open eyes, slightly dazed as usual...and snaps a finger - hey wher art thou missy..😆.his face unsmiling, his eyes blazing into the night…😳
2. Dr. Who – 😳
if they do a desi version….in his tardis, and a earthling – aka surveen.
Imagine r, eccentric, always busy Dr.who – apu. Who tries to save the world from the daleks, (better than stupid goats), and his permanent damsel in distress one and only surveen…wide eyed, quivering everytime he is near.
And they get to go to exotic planets …in case there is a chance of a hug, ahem plenty of tabelas…😳i heard up in space...and no goats...😆
3. Perry mason
A younger apu 😳(than the oldie mason) definitely in dark grey pin stripe suits, red ties and his quick fire mind and diag…with della stree – apni Sur…matching his speed, his extra pair of hands…and efficient for a change…beech mein we can desi style….shaayri baazi…in their courtroom breaks..coffee rooms…rendezvous…..and the occasional hug😳 after he wins each case…which he will…seen siddhant the new show…and thought apu would do a better job, apart from his screen presence.😳and sex appeal
4. Dr. Jack Sheppard 😳on "Lost"
And we can see plenty of bare torsoed Apu, in the Hawaii as Dr JAck– can be goa if it is desi version….in fact Dr. Jacks personality and past have a lot in common in dev – the drinking , his ex-wife, his fears, his scars, his pain…his love-hate relationship with his father (in case of dev his mother)
with "Kate " surveen…of course – vulnerable, scarred , but hopelessly in love with him but constantly confused in her priorities, especially with a sawyerish rakish,who hates jacks guts, oneupmanship, (Karan maybe from kaajjal) guy hanging around hating jack yet cant do without him either. Amidst the love hate relationship – we can have apus trademark faraway looks, determined save the crew missiongiri, detached, clinical sometimes but scared of falling in love (aka mahadasha and the first 6 months of kaajjal)…
5. Ridge Forrester - Bold n Beautiful –
Apu would be the perfect for this role – suave, sexy, cool and absolutely enchanting.😳 😳We can see him bare torsoed at the pool romancing his female audience, or running a successful fashion business…(in an dout of designer suits)…and veer of course as thorne…(the original one)…surveen as Brooke.logan…😳.and Mona as Caroline spencer – perfect double whammy…😳
