Oh Ruhi such a romantic but true post. Yes he was having a war inside his heart. He probably just wanted to grab Kaajjal and hug g=her tightly admiiting his love for her nad asking forgiveness for making her cry....... Yes so right Ruhi.

Couldn't agree more with you! I know when Kaj hugs him he too lifts his hand to hug her but does not.. now if its not Dev then who is it?? If its this Raju Rangeela (really 😉), that tapori would have loved to hug her back.. I mean how many days in his life does he get a hug from good looking girls like Kaju, running straight into his arms 😆
