dhruv & sapna

Does anyone see a possibility of a Dhruv- Sapna relationship happening in future? i do..., i think dhruv n hottie r going to end up together finally. well, there are so many clues for us to guess it happening... to start with the name confusion, then the bouquet confusion... then todays episode.... look at sapna's face when she see's dhruv... did ne one notice a change of expresion there?

and moreover we dnt want poor dhruv to be all alone when dev n kaju gets together rite? and afterall he came to india to get married... the bride can never be kaju so y not sapna?
