Dear Mamta ji, 😊

It is a wonderful experience to watch Junoon everyday. 😊 It 'was' a treat to watch Dashing dharti puttar-Prithvi and cheery, bubbly-Meera fall in love under unaviodable circumstances.😳 And then, everything started falling apart. For trps the story shifted to city. We- diehard Junoon fans- were hopeful about the track. We kept praying for a shift back to village. By devil's luck nothing of that happened. The story took turn for worse.😔 This eventualized into criticism by fans.

We all know about the 'people meter' used to measure viewing data, only a few thousand households have them. The fate of TRPs is dependent on those few thousand people who view the channels and countless serials on air. So, practically speaking, destiny of each serial/drama is dependent on those meagre bunch of people. And the whole tv industry follows them. *Sigh* You know about it more than I do.

All the loyal Junoon fans would be disappointed by this. All our support, interest counts nothing. In this age, most of the viewership is over internet, which is sadly, not taken into account for. 😭 😭 😭

So, a serial can be popular only by one option- Extensive promotions. 😳

The more we get hammered by promos and promotional events, we become keen and curious to watch the serial. Please give us atleast repeat telecast. Whatever conflict there may be between PH and the channel, it has to get sorted out. We NEED promos and repeat telecast. 😃

It has been a real pain to watch Akash getting killed, Sudha assasinated and to tolerate 'endearing' Shalu Pandey seduce Prithvi 😡 . It was puke-worthy to watch Prithvi sleep with Shalu. 🤢

It is an earnest request to you Mamta ji, to bring back the lost 'junoon' in the leads and all the supporting characters. Create an air of mystery so that we are left curious and waiting for the next episode.

The rugged and rustic Prithvi is highly missed- most importantly his moustache- Bring the old 'him' back soon. Though there is some respite by reading you tweet about Prithvi, but still...

thanks for post
and totally agree with you
it was far far better or i can say best when it was in village
use to love all characters with -tive also like kalki, lakhan
but you shifted to city leaving many loose end in story
no prob but downfall in story/track/character is not good
prithvi and meera were dumb n crybaby
sudha's death was not needed shalu's entry wrong decision
please give proper treatment to story and character instead of adding new characters and changing track
It is not the same junoon which we started to watch and liked in few episodes without any promotion
and the mithvi rocking chemistry
miss old rough rustic prithvi and smart meera
please bring old junoon back

May Very well said. 👍🏼 As you pointed out we have been very tolerant since they rushed the track to the city, yet we stayed patient thinking that if they could create magic in the village track, they would continue their innovative story telling but we were terribly let down.

All that you listed followed. We kept hoping and kept being let down constantly.

The few things we continued to love - Mithvi, their romance, Prithvi's rapport with his grandmother were pushed aside to focus on Akash, his madness, and his constant strategizing.

After praying for an end to Akash we hoped they would get better. Instead they brought in db and continued down the drain.

Really wish the PH gets its act together and get back on the original story telling track ...
