the things u described about Prithvi ,. I guess its about the nature u r saying .. nothing to do with progressive or regressive at all ... whatever Prithvi did proves he has no manners , he is wild , he is heartless till now , he is more of bonded labour and thinks DT is his lord and so blindly follows his orders ... Its more to do with his upbringing .. he has been a loner and so never really gone through much of relationship dynamics ...

I think for all that Meera is a city-educated girl, she shows remarkable understanding and respect towards the villagers and their culture rather than merely denigrating it as 'regressive' and 'illiterate'. It would be an easy caricature to make a city-girl sound like that, but rather, she shows tolerance towards that lifestyle while not being entirely comfortable in it either.

I like prithvi's shades ! Him being untidy, violent are his habits due to his orphaned upbringing... But his thoughts are progressive ! 👍🏼 if I take pratigya ... Krishna and other leads of rural BGs are shown as having orthodox and low thoughts about women! That she is a piece of flesh to relish and play with... Bit prithvi is a different case !
He is a possessive and stubborn man ! If he loved someone he won't take anyone harming them ! His extreme love for his data Thakur made him become hurtful to Meera as she was a harm to data Thakur for him !!! Now when he promised her to leave back to city he won't take any Lakhan type kachra 😆 harm her ! Go MithVi !!!

I agree .. most of the rural men in daily soaps treat woman like dirt in beginning and later the woman always transforms the man into a human 🥱

Here Prithvi ka case is totally different .. he respects woman in general and thats quite evident the way he beats up that village guy and packs him in a bori for beating his wife 😆😆

his only weakness is his blind loyalty towards dada thakur which at times make him look heartless especially when he went on to kill Meera but soon after he realised his mistake and he was the one to take care of her whole night in that case and also put bandage and all on her forehead ...so he realises his mistake on his own ... there was nooone to teach him around ... Prithvi in future too wont need that spoonfeeding from Meera to become a better person ... he is someone who learns from his own mistakes and changes himself which is something I like about him 👍🏼
