The woman applying for a job in a Florida lemon grove seemed way too qualified for the job.
Look Miss," said the foreman, "have you any actual experience in picking lemons?"
"Well, as a matter if fact, yes!" she replied. "I've been divorced three times."

i think what that joke means is that when the lady was asked the question by the foreman.."have u had any experiances picking lemons"..lemons meaning "nutheads" or someone whos dumb...the lady replied yes as she had picked "lemons" as husband and eventually found out that they were dumb and divorced them..

nice joke by the way!
