(Both of them sat together and shared many things about their lives with each other. Harkha's tears moved Khan Sahib and tugged at his heart)

RUMAAL BADHAAYA KHAN SAHIB NE PYAAR SE JAB HARKHA KI ORE

THEEK SE DEKH NA PAAYI HARKHA, BAAHEIN THHAMI USNE PURZOR

(Khan Sahib affectionately offered Harkha his handkerchief. Tears clouded Harkha's vision, and she could not see clearly. She grabbed his arm instead)

VAASTAVIKTA JAB SAAMNE AAYI TO HARKHA LAJJIT HUI BADI

DOOR KAKSH SE BINDIYA DEKH RAHI THHI YE SAB, VISMIT KHADI

(When Harkha realised her folly, she was deeply embarrassed. A shocked and stunned Bindiya was watching this entire scene from the room afar)

HARKHA SOCHTI KHAN SAHIB BHALE HAIN, DHOKHA NA DENGE CHAHE KUCHH HO JAAYE

AISE MEIN USKE VICHALIT MAN NE DURGA KA RAAZ UNHE DIYA BATAAYE

(Harkha trusted Khan Sahib completely, and thought of him as a person who would never deceive her, come what may. Hence inadvertently she blurted out DURGA'S secret in his presence)

HARKHA KA YUUN ITNE SAMEEP AANA KHAN SAHIB KE SAIYAM KO TOD GAYA

SHAREER KO BHAAYI USKI NIKATTHA, MAN KO BHAAYI USKI HAYA

(Harkha's close proximity with him, rattled Khan Sahib. His body was immensely enjoying her being close, while his heart was enjoying her embarrassment)

MANDIR KI SEEDHI PAR AKELI HARKHA BAITHI DIKHI JAB KHAN SAHIB KO

YAATRA KO BEECH MEIN TAAL KE PAHUCHE TAB WO USKI SURAKSHA KO

(When Khan Sahib spotted Harkha sitting alone on the temple steps, he stopped his steed and went forth in her direction in order to protect her)

UNHONE SAMJHAYA HARKHA KO KI AKELE BAITHNA SURAKSHIT NAHI

TAB HARKHA BOLI KE KUCHH SAINIK SAATH HAIN, HAIN PAAS YAHIN

(He explained to Harkha than sitting alone without a guard is not safe. To that Harkha pointed him to assure him that her guards are right here, close by)

SAINIK DEKH KAR HARKHA KE KHAN SAHIB KO HUA SANTOSH

PAR HARKHA KE PAAS JAB BICHHOO DIKHA TO, UNKE TO BAS UD GAYE HOSH

(When he saw Harkha's guards sitting close by Khan Sahib was satisfied. But the next moment he saw a scorpion near Harkha, and he just completely startled)

JHAT KAABOO KAR SWAYAM KO WO PHIR JUT GAYE HARKHA KO BACHAANE MEIN

BINA CHAUNKAAYE HARKHA KO VE LAG GAYE BICHHOO BHAGAANE MEIN

(He controlled his momentary shock and started focussing on saving Harkha. Without revealing the name of the foe, he started the efforts to neutralise it)

BICHHOO KE VISH SE UNHONE BACHAAYA HARKHA KO, NA RUKE TANIK

UNKE HAATH MEIN DANK LAGA, JISKE PASCHAAT VE HUE PEEDIT

(Khan Sahib, without stopping a bit, saved Harkha from the scorpion's venom. Unfortunately the scorpion left a sting on his hand, which caused him immense pain)

NAZARANDAAZ KI APNI PEEDA, HARKHA KO DI BHAVNATMAK SALAAH

'SURAKSHIT RAHIHE SAHIBA' BOL KAR CHAL DIYE APNI RAAH

(Not heeding toward his own pain, he gave a word of sound, heartfelt advice. 'Just Stay Safe' Sahiba, he said, and then went onward on his way)

G'ma: Don't worry about it .. she has recorded the story in a dictaphone and kept it safe..

Babloo: What is that 'ctaphone?

G'ma: It is like voice reorder.. She will narrate the story in that .. and it will be recorded in that..

Baby: Oh..

Babloo: What is the story called grandma?

G'ma: Lashy akka has titled it "Hiding Behind the Stranger.."

Baby: Such a long name..

Babloo: If the name is so long, how long will the story be?

G'ma: ( laughs) Yes.. it is a long story..

Baby: G'ma, I want to write a story like Lashy akka in the computer ..

Babloo: Yes grandma, we will write a nice story..

G'ma: Okay.. you can try..But first write it on a paper.. and then you can type it..

( Thus, Baby starts to write a story very earnestly, with the sincere assistance by Bablookutty)

Babloo: 'kka .. what is the name of the story you are going to write?

Baby: mmm? I am thinking..

Babloo: 'kka, can I tell you a name?

Baby: You silly boy,...how can you tell the name of the story when you don't know what I am going to write?

Babloo: 'kka you are going to write a story and I am going to help you.. So the name of the story is "Baby writes; Babloo helps.."😆😆

I love the meadow conversation where she unknowingly spills the secret message to him and how for the first time we see a side of KS that he keeps locked up away from the world and himself! I found him philosophising about the pain and loss in life which he has undergone and related to Heera's loss.

And the temple scene showed me another side of him for the first time! He can also flirt if he wants to, he too can play the game as well!! Temple scene was very romantic for me with all his concern, his protective attitude and yet not showing it openly and then his playing the game of words with full-on flirtatious flavor was a treat to read.
