Though not physically, but jalal too has tortured jo mentally by blaming her everytime. Even when he spent night with her, he blamed jo for taking his advantage. I dont think bakshi will allow him to interfere and tell him to sort out his personal life first.

It will be an injustice to jo if jalal goes back to her as now rukku is no more available
