As the duo descended down the stairs, the proud mother swooned over her son and DIL as they looked mesmerising donned in their best outfits for the party . Walking the distance between the stairs and the hall the couple flashed a smile towards their family who were eagerly waiting for them to wish all the good luck.
A mischievous smile played on mirza's lips as he very well knew what his bhai was upto , Hamida and Humanyun though unaware of the thoughts going in their sons brain still prayed for their togetherness in their minds .
Ur looking celestial jodha beta uttered the loving mother caressing her hand over her head ,while the doting son eagerly waited for his turn to be praised but lest his wait seemed never ending and so he decided to take it up on his shoulders...
Ammijaan how am I looking asked jalal excitedly
Tum bhi thik thak lag rahe ho quipped humanyun shrugging off his shoulders while his son's mouth widened with his statement.
Thik thak ?? Huh !!! Said jalal arching his brow but before the father son start their argument hamida chipped in ...
Don't try to tease my son humanyun for u better now he is ten folds smarter and handsome than u as he is exact replica of me stated hamida firmly with a proud grin on her face.
Thats why I love u ammi more then abbu chirped jalal like a small kid while others laughed at his boyish acts .

The journey started as the duo hopped in the car carrying all sort of emotions in their heart ,nervousness,anxious,excited,happy ,shy, for .. they were now supposed to face their old friends who were unaware of their marriage .

The car screeched to halt at the driveway as they reached the venue, their college where they spent three whole years troubling their professors though in a limit, bunking their classes for movies , doing mischiefs while annoying their costudents to the core , all these days reeled in front of their eyes as they stepped inside the college auditorium .
Mrs bhattacharya the college principal was elated to see her two mischevious but equally adorable ,extremely talented students after years and that too as a couple . Greeting her respectably the couple now roamed their eyes to the surroundings .
The whole audit was booming with DJs hit list songs followed by blinking disco lights , between all this there were few known and unknown faces ,juniors ,seniors ,super seniors freshers all were busy drowing in the loud music .
Finally they spotted their batch mates who seems to be equally enjoying the party with their lifepartners ,fiances, girlfriends and few still enjoying their bachelor life.
Hey ...waving his hands after Exhaling a deep sigh jalal walked towards his friends taking jodha along who was little skeptical to meet them .
Jalal ...Jodhaaa screamed their partners in crime gleefully and the very next moment they were literally shocked on hearing their wedding event .
To say shocked would be an understatement ,they were bewildered as they knew Jo was about to marry Surya and they were very well aware of his death too , owing to their busy life none of them could make up for the marriage but tried reaching her through media after hearing the incident ,but since she shut herself from the entire world after that no one knew what was happening in her life .
But this news of jajo marriage came as a surprise as the wedding was silent affair thus no one was informed . Thereupon all the why's when's how's seemed unimportant and unbothered to their friends as they were now happy to see the most famous and wanted pair together as Mr and Mrs Khan .
The party continued and obviously on its full swing ,as jodha got busy with her girl friends , our jallu miya was surrounded by his female fans who were once his admirers but now the change in their and ofcourse jalal's marital status confined their oggling section to few exchanged glances and smiles .
By passing all the flirty gazes the delighted man now reached to the girl he is interested in who undoubtedly shined only for him like the brightest star in the sky.
Jo come with me ,I need to talk on an important thing said jalal with a tinge of excitement wrapped under the sheet of nervousness.
Jodha followed his steps which soon halted on hearing the annocement.
Ladies and gentlemen came princi's voice am so glad and happy to see my all new and old students gathered under one roof from their busy lives for this reunion ceremony , to make the party more memorable we came up with the famous couple dance game on paper , rules r simple and u r very much aware of them but still let me tell u people ...
Each couple will be given a double size newspapar on which u have to stand.
As the music begins u have to dance on the peice of paper without steeping out ur foots.
When the music stops the paper will be folded into half.
The process continues till the time the paper is so small that the couple can dance only if one partner lifts up the other .
The couple that reaches the end is the winner . simple right ? So lets start ... screamed Mrs Bhattacharya .
All the couples reach on the stage including jodha and jalal leaving their imp work as forced by their friends ,all were given papers and were made to stand on it ... The song started .
Jajo were hesitant to dance in front of their friends, yes they attended college parties before too but everytime with different partners and today they were paired together .
Everyone's eyes sticked on the couple may be side effects of being quite famous 😆 , which made them even more uncomfortable, the song already started so jajo started with the steps slowly .
Music stopped and now paper was folded
Stepping on the folded paper all started the dance again ..
With the folded paper jajo now stood close to each other ,leaving behind all the shyness they were now lost in their own world hypnotized by the romantic song .

He held her close to his body as she placed her hands on his shoulders ,they danced slowly on the beats drowing in eachothers eyes. A small gasp escaped her mouth as his cold hand touched her bare waist .

Music stopped and the paper was folded again , her little bump was making difficult for them to go on with the game and hence jalal knowingly stepped out of the paper with a genuine smile on his lips while jodhas heart swelled with his gesture .
Always winning isnt that important right 😉 sometimes loosing for someone special gives us more happiness then winning 😉
The game continued and after another two rounds winner was declared ,now everyone ran towards the food section to fill their stomachs .
Jodha and jalal took their seats staring each other lovingly when jalal noticed a man behaving strangely.
Umm jo who is that guy hiding behind the curtain ?? Asked jalal as she follwed his gaze .hmm he is rahul ,i think came the answer in response .
Why is he behaving weirdly thought jalal dubiously to which jodha laughed madly.
Jalal i seriously cant beleive u forgot ,remember he is the same rahul who asked me for a date and i accepted unknown to the fact that u were following us serectly , poor boy even before he tried being cozy with me a strong punch landed on his face changing its geography uttered jodha in between her laughs it was then and now that he never dared to come across our way finished jodha bursting into peals of lauhter .
And look at that guy who is purposely avoiding us pointed jodha towards a guy.
Oh yes i remember that guy squealed jalal i nearly knocked him out when he proposed u despite of being in relation with another girl right??
Looks like i was overprotective of u said jalal laughing on the past eventsbut u were not less either ... remember priya my ex girlfriend ,u nearly scratched her whole face when u learnt about her dirty idea of spiking my drink and taking advantage of it thereaftr

They were enjoying eachothers company recalling their old days when
Rishab .. common friend of jajo took jalal with him towards the drinks section .
Sitting on the chair ,eyes glued on his love jalal was least interested in the man sitting in front .
So u finally acceptd ur love haan ?? U guys everytime denied when we asked about ur story but today ..my my ur so lost in her stated rishab .
Hmm rishab i do love her ,actually jo and me were grown up together with the thought of staying together in future too, so never realised what i feel for her or what i want from her but after suryas fiasco and my marriage i understood everything . I started loving her even before understanding what love is , I loved her when i promised to be always with her till eternity, I loved her when she fighted or argued on small little things , i loved her when she came running to me when needed and i realised my love when the thought of loosing her strucked me . Uttered jalal in dreamy state gazing his beautiful wife.
His eyes left her only for a minute and she was lost from his vicinity .
Rishab i need to get going ,dont know where she went
Exclaimed jalal leaving him behind to search for jodha as it was getting late for confession.
She sat in their classroom and recalled her convo with one of her classmate sheetal.

I always knew u guys were made for each other but u never took me seriously and see today ur fate itself brought u together exclaimed sheetal excitedly , getting no response from her further she continued ...
I was jalals girlfriend for almost 6 months but the way he cared for u never did for me ,ur one call and he ran for u leaving all his important works ,he used to get restless seeing u with other male friend , he fighted with the person who even tried to be cozy with u , so protective ,so caring , i always wondered what kind of bond u share but never got the answer as u two seemed very casual.
He dated many girls thereafter but everytime ended with breakup ,the reason ofcourse you . His body was with us but his soul wandered around u jodha . and then i realised he loved u and only u jo and im gald u finally realised ur love and married him . All the best for future jodha wished sheetal and left jodha alone to ponder over jalal's feelings.

Her breaths became heavier when she felt his presence in the room .
Jalal was searching for jodha when he came across their classroom where he made all the preparations for the proposal ,he entered the room to check the decor for the last time before finding jodha and there he found her sitting on their favourite bench .
Jodha tum yahan ,i was searching for u everywhere ,what r u doing hereasked jalal.
Was waiting for u jalal .. i want to talk with u .. can i said jodha hesitantly .

This is cheating pouted jalal to which she chuckled .

Hmm i dont know from where to start jalal , so much happened in our lives haina ,our relationship changed overnight , we were best buddies from childhood and we still are ,u did so much for me jalal ... u marrried me ,accepted me with someone else child she continued when jalal interupped
We already dicussed about this so many times right ?? He or she will be my child jo ,our child uttered jalal sternly.
Let me complete first jalal requested jodha and continued i know what u feel for me said jodha shocking jalal to the core wait how did she know about my feelings ,kahin rishab ne toh thought jalal as panic started engulfing his sense.
But i dont feel anything of that sort for u jalal stated jodha turning her face around fearing aftermath reaction.
His expressions changed with her statement she doesnt feel the same for me ,that means she doesnt love me the smile which he carried a minute before died as he deciphered the meaning of her words , his dreams shattered ,his heart broken, his whole world, his hope all were crushed mercilessly .
He was all in tears while jo continued unaware of his situation.
Donno whether i should say this or not , i even know after saying this our relation will change totally ,it might effect our friendship too jalal but i wanted to say this from many days .
Tears started rolling down his eyes as he tried hard to swallow them .
No no nothing like that will happen ,pls listen to me once .said jalal trying to make her understand his pov.
Pls jalal let me say it pleaded again jodha without facing him . I dont know how and when it all happened jalal ,i know its wrong and should not happen too but it did happen jalal ...
Why why cant we be together jodha ,whats wrong in that when we r so pure from heatts .thought jalal in his mind all shattered .
As she said so jodha turned her back now to face him while he averted his profile not wanting her to see hin in such condition.
Jodha felt like crying to see that reaction while he tried hard to control his tears .
With firm determination jodha moved further i know u wont like this jalal but but inhaling a deep breath, closing her eyes she picked up all her courage and said I I love u jalal ,more than anything in the world .
She confessed her love for him wholeheartedly shocking him again.
The whole world came to abrupt standstill, time stopped its ticking as jalal tried to fathom what he heard was actually in real or he is imagining .
Silence spread all in the room as jalal was too shocked to come out of his stupor .
Tears pooled in her eyes anticipating his answer pls dont hate me jalal ,i didnt want to hurt u pls dont take me wrong but main kya karu i could not stop myself from falling in love with u ...I love u jalal ,i seriously do...
He was finally back from his reverie hearing those three magical words for second time . Happy tears flowed from his eyes,he kept staring at her all mesmerised ,how innocently she confessed her love for him ,he would have continued his staring if only thrre was no power cut...
She didnt hear his voice after confession and thus assumed he was mad on her ja ... jalal.. she called his name and the very next moment her eyed blinked with the sudden flash of light , adjusting her focus she opened her eyes towards the source of light and there she saw words flashing on the screen of projector.
I know we both r two imperfect souls but together we can make anything perfect, even the world .
My heart races whenever it recognises ur presence , i cant express the longing and excitement i feel when i think of u.
People say ki pyar sirf ek baar hota hai but no becoz everytime i look at u i fall in love all over again
Yess i love u jodha , i love u to the moon and back hamesha forever.
I cant imagine my life without u jodhu ,u mean the world to me
I hereby declare my love and affection towards u ,pls love me back if possible but never leave me alone saying u hate me .
Words ended on the projector and the lights came back , jalal switched on the fan ,rose petals showered on her as the fan rotated . Her happiness knew no bound when finally their eyes met each others ,tears rolled down their cheeks as jalal slowly walked towards her .
I love u too gabbar ,he embraced her into a small hug while she snaked her hands around his neck . Hearing each others heartbeats they forgot the entire world ...
It was supposed to be my day as i planned for the proposal but u said firstpouted jalal .
So u planned all this under my nose haan asked jodha surprisingly as her eyes gleamed with happiness.
Yess ... by the way we both loved each other from long time but feared to confess haina ... strange .
But we did today jalal said jodha looking deep in his eyes and hugged him back lovingly .
What?? Only a hug after so much work???said jalal mischeviously .

She brought her face closer to him and kissed on his cheek giving goosebumps to his skin while the greedy mind screamed for more bas itna hi ??he stated to which she moved her face to kiss his forehead and planted one there thats it ?? He pouted .
Gabbar glared on getting the gist hiding her crimson hue while basanti surrendered himself in front of her ok ok itne se kaam chala lunga he muttered making a puppy face and the next moment they burst into laughter .

Entwining his hands with hers he then drew her closer to him while she rested her face on his chest and slowly moved her hands to embrace his torso ,her eyes closed in peace feeling heavenly in the warmth of his hug ,felt secured in her mans arms , their heart beated in rhythm screaming the beginning of their love story ...
Parting himself he threupon searched for something in his pocket and fished out a small box, a moment later she saw him on his knees though u stole my special day jodhu but let me tell u ...u cant beat me today as i got a surprise for u taking out the ring from the box he then slided in her finger ,her eyes shimmered with surprise followed by precious pearls that rolled down her cheeks .
Jodhu ..my cute gabbar ,my best friend ,my special girl who never fell into my girlfriends list both chuckled on this statement my adorable wife I love u so much ... im the most luckiest man on the earth to have u both in my lifehe placed his hand on her tummy as he said so and looked in her eyes passionately before wiping the tears off her face with his finger he then kissed on her forehead lovingly.
He touched his forehead with hers and freezed for few seconds but a naughty thought crept in his mind and he quickly pecked on her lips while jo's eyes widened with his sudden ... but before she could act or say anything jalal whispered in her ears chuckling at her state our friends might be waiting for us in the party jodhu , so we better join them before their grey cells come up with all the weird things we would have done in their absence . Casting a playful smirk with a wink he then took her out of the classroom while she blushed profusely and later join the others ...
