Jalal surprised jo with unique gift he had a great sense to understand people thought. He always silently and superbly done everything for her. Saw a trust, care, her place in his life at every state .fight for heror support her everything in a great way.
At preggy news both of them are right at their place because of which kind of relations they share.both nailed the scan of their inner turmoil. Jo is lucky to have friend like moti but jalal was all alone. Very personal matter of his life and connected to her dignity too he could not share with anyone so fight all alone.

thnx mitali... 😃 we can ignore ruku as akdha were awsum in xpressing der anger dey nailed d scenes...I agree wid u jalal is laone he cant discuss it wid anyone...ruku so called his childhood frnd bt even she id frnd fr d name sake... 🥱 so ithink ya both r right at der own places... 😛

No my contention has nothing to do with Jalal, it is the contempt she has for Mughals as a class of human beings, this feeling remains hidden in normal times, especially after Jalal's grand gestures of the past, but whenever there is stressful situation, Jodha is back to cursing Agra, Jalal and the Mughals. At these times all the good people like Hamida, Salima or Rahim are forgotten, they are all just put into the category of Mughals, and these Mughals need to be hated.

In contrast, other than the Ruq preg track where evidence clearly pointed at Ameris guilt, Jalal does not hate the Ameris. When things go wrong he does not start cursing them.

But of course Jalal with his behaviour will change that thinking of Jodha for the good just as Jodha will change Jalal.

I cannot disagree with you on that. Jalal has always been more liberal in these matters. He has seen more of the world and that certainly helps him in developing this outlook.
I think for Jodha, HB, SB and rahim are on one side. They do not come with the rest. I know this sounds like a silly thing to say.

I just feel that comparing Jodha and Jalal is like comparing apples and oranges. Apart from their gender which by itself causes them to respond in a different way to any situation, they are also from totally different backgrounds. Jodha is from the defeated community while Jalal is the victor. All these factors will affect how they react to a particular situation. Her sense of resentment and humiliation will take a little longer to diffuse and only Jalal can help her not HB, SB or even Rahim.

In his subtle way Jalal will change Jodha's nazariya and she will go from "yeh Mughal" to "hamara parivaar", as you rightly said.

@bold: That is so true.. Jo has someone trustworthy and without any ulterior motives she can vent her feelings about the situation and Jalal on. Jalal, with all his family around is alone with no emotional support. Even Rukaiyya, his supposed to be best friend, at a time like this should've been supportive instead of making it all about herself. Can she not see that he was not happy about the news or at least that something was seriously amiss? She is ok with him sleeping with all the other begums but still wants to be the first one to give him a child.😕 So what happens if any other begum gets pregnant?

@red:Other curious thing is,she knows that she can never be pregnant b'coz of the datura ka ark and still blames Jalal saying he has snatched her right of giving the first child.
I don't understand what her actual problem is😕.

No dear, its not possible to detect pregnancy at such an early stage and that too in those times just by mere pulse rate and BTW pulse rate is NO confirmed test of pregnancy. Pulse rate measurement in itself a skill and doctors are taught that . What these tv shows show us is all hogwash. One single thing cannot confirm it, anyway Ekta and her drama😆😆

I feel both r rite at der own places...jodha feels jalal had broken his promise and jalal feels betrayed so I think we cant blame anyone...and its good thing dat finally jalal will find out d truth wid d help of salima...so chill and relax...jalal will knw jodha is innocent...der relation is growing now so it will take time to know each other... 😉 dnt worry...dis track is much much better dn ruku MC track... 😳 actually its sad part on jalal he has none to share his burden but jodha could share it wid moti and she is der to give jodha a moral support... 😳 maham and adham scene was good one...finally she made it clear to adham dat he will never become d emperor as he doesn't belong to royal blood... 😉

This is a very well thought out defense for Jodha's behaviour and I must admit, the logic agrees with me. It really makes one think.

Jo did come across as a petulant brat when Jalal came to give her the gift. But many times the person(i.e:Mothi) who is not directly affected by a particular situation has a more clear and detached view of it because he or she is not involved.

The above was only in response to Don saying that Jodha is rigid in her view regarding others which I really think is not the case.
I too am a fan of both Jalal and Jodha and to a much lesser extent Rukaiyya(Sorry! But not the one after the mini leap).
By the way, I love reading your views.
