Chapter 75

That afternoon everyone waiting for hamida at her house and rahim can't wait to meet her, he hold flowers for her and jodha arrange marco to make dinner for them, and with the help of some maids jodha set up a table for dinner, hassan hussain too very excited looking soo much people around them but they are little bit cranky and keep hold on to jodha, usually they excited when others want to carry them but today they refuse everyone even santi so jodha carry both hassan hussain and both circle their hands on jodha's neck.

Jalal, hamida and mirza arrive at home around 7pm and rahim welcoming them on the door, hamida smile with happiness when rahim handed her beautiful roses.

" welcome home dadijan " greet rahim

Hamida caress rahim head " aww thank you rahim . . you are very sweet " rahim smile with happy then one by one family member welcoming her, jalal looking for jodha but he can't find her

" where is jodha ? " he ask

" oh she is the back . . hassan hussain little bit cranky today and they hold on to jodha refuse when other try to carry them even santi can't pacify them " answer moti

" may be they are not feeling good today . . why don't you looking for them and helping jodha " said hamida and then jalal go to small garden at the back of the house, she spot jodha sit on the small mattress above the grass and hassan hussain lay their head on jodha's shoulders, they play with jodha's hairs

" helo sweety " jalal sit beside jodha, hassan hussain who hear jalal's voice looking at him and smile, hassan rise his chubby hand to jalal and jalal take him from jodha

Jodha looking at him and jalal kiss her lips " what' wrong ? moti said my boys little bit cranky today and refuse being hold by anyone including santi " ask jalal

" yes santi already check them but no fever may be they just want to be cranky today or they missing their abbujan . . hassan clearly want to carry by you " jodha pointed hassan on his shoulder, hussain turn his body and he smile to jalal then he look at hassan and scream to him and hassan scream back

" hahahah may be they had fight " tease jalal then he look at hassan and kiss the top of his head

Jodha chuckled " may be . . . but thank God you come hahaha they are soo heavy and my shoulder already in pain because they refuse to let go of me " she said

Jalal smile to her with love " i will give you great massage tonight before you sleep "

" that sound fantastic . . . looking forward to it " reply jodha, hussain snuggle his face on jodha's neck and suck his tumb and amazingly hassan doin the same

" may be they too tired . . . you know they are very active " told jalal

" that's one possibility . . . seems they are already tired and sleepy . . let take them to bedroom and i will try to feed them and may be they will sleep " reply jodha, then jalal help jodha standing up and they both enter the house.

" what's wrong with hassan hussain ? " ask hamida when she saw jalal and jodha enter with each twins on their shoulder.

" may be they are tired ammijan . . we will take them to bed " reply jalal

" yes they are must be tired they are superb active today and not taking a nap " said bakhsi, then jalal and jodha take hassan hussain into one room

Jodha sit on a chair and start breastfeeding hussain, while hassan still snuggle on jalal's neck and sucking his thumb and his eyes looks very sleepy, jodha caressing hussain head, his little hands on lay on jodha'a breasts and he look at her with sleepy eyes " aaahhh . . you sleepy aren't you " jalal come to jodha and see hussain " they refuse to taking nap whenever i try and keep playing, that's why they cranky this afternoon they tired and want to sleep " she said to jalal

" you two very naughty today . . . next time you must listen to your ammijan understand " he scold his baby twins, he know they wouldn't understand but still he want to scold them

" and probably they want to see you first before goin to sleep, you see how hassan ask you to carry him while refusing others who want to carry him " said jodha, jalal smile and caress hassan's back gentle, he see hussain stop suckled and he falling aslee, jodha come to bed then she lay him in the middle of bed, then she take hassan from jalal and she brestfeeding him too, jalal sit beside hussain and kiss his forehead.

" sleep well son . . . . " he whispering and it's not take time too long for jodha to make hassan sleep, then she lay him beside his brother and jalal kiss hussain forehead too, jalal arrange pillow beside each hassan hussain side while jodha cover their blanket over them until their chest, then jalal take jodha hands " come others must be wait for us " he said then he and jodha coming down and joint the others, they are having amazing dinner, everyone really happy with hamida healthy and how she more stronger , marco serve very delicious food and everyone enjoy his food, and after they finish dinner jalal told them all that shehnaz want to talk all so he ask everyone presences tomorrow and hamida making sure jalal that she will be fine tomorrow, jalal very worry about hamida in case shehnaz bring another bad news but hamida insist to attend and jalal couldn't say no to the iron lady.

Later that night jodha layin on her stomach and jalal massage her body and her body start to relax, jalal really talented in massage she think.

" hmmm my husband really have lots of talent " she praise

Jalal smile with happy " this is jalaluddin you talking about of course i'm a man of many talents " he reply with smug on his face, he massaging gentle her stiff shoulders " here look . . your muscle very stiff and tense . . . probably because twins cling on you almost half of day . . . . . "

" hmmm . . . . oooh God . . this is like heaven " moans jodha, she feel very tired today and she feel just want to sleep, jala keeping massaging her body and after ten minutes he smile when jodha suddenly quite, he stop massaging her and then he peeping her and his loving wife falling asleep while he still massaging her, jodha sleep with one her face on pillow and her hands under the pillow, he looking at her with soo much love, he know jodha must be very tired today beside she must taking care hassan hussain she must prepared everything for his mother coming home from hospital but she never complained, she done everything with smile and enthusiasm, jalal caress her hairs and she is mumbling then with slowly he turn her body around and let her sleep in his arms and jodha snuggle her face on jalal's bare chest, and jalal hug her and he too falling asleep.

In the middle of the night jalal hears hassan and hussain crying, he wake up and carry hassan, he look at jodha who in deep sleep and he don't want to wake her up, but hassan and hussain cry very loud, jalal feel hassan's body little bit warm , and now both crying with restless, jodha hears twins crying then she open her eyes and see jalal carry one the twins, she jump from bed and run to him.

" what's wrong ? " she ask

" i feel their body little bit warm . . may be they have fever " reply jalal, jodha touch hassan forehead and yes they warm and their face redden, but when jodha carry hussain she feel his body hot and then she touch his forehead and yes hussain have fever.

" hussain have fever . . . i will call santi, you take thermometer and measure hassan body's temperature " said jodha and jalal nod then jodha leave while take hussain, santi wake up hearing someone knock the door and she ears baby cry and with hurry she open the door and she saw jodha with one of twins.

" hussain in high fever and hassan body's getting warmer "jodha told santi, santi try to carry hussain but he screams and put his arms around jodha's neck

" come let's get back to bedroom i will check both of them " said santi and then she following jodha to bedroom, hassan still cry and jalal try to pacify him, santi see thermometer inside hassan mouth then she pull it out and see it's little bit over than normal temperature,jodha take new thermometer and put it inside hussain mout, his face more redden and he look at jodha with his innocent teary eyes, jodha heart feel hurt wathing hussain like that.

" sssttt . . . cup cup . . you are gonna be ok hussain . . ammijan promise " she said while caressing his hair, santi pull out the thermometer from hussain mouth.

" oooh hussain really have high fever, come put him on bed i will check on him " santi told jodha and jodha climp on bed and lay hussain on bed, santi try open his clothes but hussain screams and he turn his body to jodha, jodha try to pacify him and the open his clothes so santi can check him up but hussain keep struggling, santi check him up with thorough, and she check his mouth , and see his gum swollen and his saliva keeo drooling, " i think he is teething, you can see a white color there " santi pointed and jodha jalal take a look and yes they can see what santi pointed

" is it natural for baby to have high fever when they are teething ? " ask jalal

" well can't prove if from medic but in reality some babis have high fever when they are teething, and you can see his saliva keep drooling, but better call their pediatrician and ask her opinion " answer santi , then jalal take his phone and call dr karin, she is twins pediatrician and he tell her everything, she ask jalal to give hassan hussain medicine for their fever and see how their condition tomorrow and she will check up on them tomorrow morning, jalal tell jodha and santi what dr karin says and santi leave then come back and bring medicine for twins, hassan hussain keep crying but santi succeed to give them medicine and after make sure everything alright jodha ask her to come back to her room and santi leave, hassan hussain really restless, hassan little bit better because jalal can pacify him but hussain really fussy, he really feel not comfortable with his body condition, hassan already back to sleep and jalal come to jodha.

" let me carry him jodha who know i make him relax " ask jalal but when he try to take him hussain screams in angry and pain, he refused to be taken away from jodha and his hands grab jodha's hairs and pull it hard.

Jodha feel hurt when hussain pull her hairs but compare to what hussain feel not it's nothing " ok ok ok . . . sstt sttt . . ammijan is here " she said with low voice

Jalal carress hussain head then kiss it " my poor little guy . . getting well my boy . . abbujan and ammijan will be here with you "

Jodha then take hussain to bed and try to breastfeeding him, at first he refuse and seems in pain to suckled but then slowly he start to suckles jodha's nipple and drink her milk but he still sob and jala who lay beside hussain wipe his tears from his cheeks, hussain snuggle closer to jodha and his hand hold on her chest jodha kiss his forehead gente " so this is why you and hassan soo fussy since afternoon, you are not feeling well . . . "

" they were look just fine back than " reply jalal

" yes and so that's why i didn't know they . . . . " jalal can see gulty in her eyes and he stop her to talk

" don't start to blamed yourself sweety . . sometimes it's happen, they will be alright . . they are strong " he said and jodha nod, hussain stop sob and stop suckled, and his eyes close, slowly jodha pull out her nipple but hussain snuggle closer to her, jalal smile looking at hussain.

" he better sleep with us tonight, i'm afraid if we move him he will wake up and crying again " suggest jalal and jodha nod but she look at twins bed and she feel guilty because hassan sleep alone there, jalal follow jodha's stare and he understand her thinking then jalal wake up and come to twins bed and see hassan sleep with peace, slowly he lift him up and move him to their bed, and the moment hassan lay on bed he snuggle into hussain body and jalal chuckled looking at his action, jodha too laugh

" even in his sleep he looking for his brother " said jodha

" yes . . now let's go to sleep . . we need rest especially you " reply jalal while put blanket over their body, then he lay next to hassan and not for long jodha and jalal fall into sleep, it's very beautiful view how jalal and jodha sleep with hassan and hussain between them, their little family look soo perfect.

That morning the news bour hassan hussain condition reach every mughals family member ears and when rahim see jodha, hassan and hussain sleep together he promise to taking care hassan and hussain and jalal making sure rahim that hassan hussain will getting better soon, jalal's phone keep ringing since everyone calling him and ask bout hassan hussain, those two little prince really loved by everyone, jalal watching jodha and twins who still sleep, he aleady take bath an hours a go, he decide to stay at home and taking care of his family and beside shehnaz will come to meet everyone, he looking at jodha and twins, he touch hussain forehead and smile when he feel it's not hot like before but still feel warm, then he check hassan and his body temperature back to normal, hassan open his eyes slowly and he look at jalal and smile, he reach jalal's finger and hold it then take his finger into his mouth, jalal chuckled and he lift him up and carry him, hassan laugh with his cute voice

" sssttt . . . . don't too noisy . . your brother and ammijan still sleep, why don't you and i come down for fresh air hmmm " he said in whispering and hassan just smile and his small hand touching jalal's face, jalal kiss his chubby cheeks " come little guy . . let your ammijan and hussain sleep little bit longer " he add then he take hassan to garden.

Jodha feel someone touch her lips, she open her eyes and see little finger on her face, she look down and hussain smiling looking at her and talking with cute " well . . good morning to you too " greet jodha" you feeling better now "she ask then she touch his forehead and his face, it still redden but better then last night and her fever is gone but he stil feel warm " so you feel better right little guy . . you really make ammijan and abbujan scare and worry . . . but now ammijan glad that you are okey, now let's find your abbujan and hassan " she said then jodha carry hussain and she come down, she spot jalal sit beside pool and hassan with excited looking at the water, jalal look up and saw jodha with hussain standing not far from them, hussain looking at jalal and he rise both his hands to jalal and said something not clear, jalal smile then he give jodha sign to sit beside him and jodha do that, he take hussain from her and make him sit beside hassan on his lap, hassan smile with happy when he see his brother and hussain looking at jalal and smile.

Jalal watching hussain with amusement " hah last night you don't be with your abbujan and now you looks very excited being with me " he protest and hussain screams with enthusiasm " you little rascal . . . you are ammijan's boy aren't you " he accused him and jodha laugh

" it should be me who protest . . they are stick with me when they are sick but always come to you for having fun " she pouted with cute and jalal laugh then he kiss her lips gentle

" well when i was little boy if i sick i always want to be ammijan, i always feel comfort and relax in ammijan arms so i guess hussain feel the same and if i were them i will always stick my you because you are one hot mama " he praise her and wink with naughty " ooh by the way dr karin will come any minutes you better take shower first " he told her

" yes . . . then will leave them with you now and i'm goin to shower now :" she said

Jalal looking at her with desirable stare " too bad i must baby sit my boys otherwise i will happy bathing you " he said in sexy tone

" well my hubby today is not your lucky day " she reply with happy " ok i'll take shower now and be right back " she add and jalal nod then she leave to have a quick shower.

Dr karin come a few minutes after jodha finish shower and she check the twins thorough, and she said to jodha jalal nothing serious it just a common fever and possibility because he is teething because his gum still swollen and very red color, and turn out hassan teething too but he seems alright, dr karin said every baby have different condition and reaction, she give prescription for hassan hussain and ask jodha jalal not too worry, and so jodha jalal feel relieve, they afraid something serious happen to their loving twins, and jalal decide that jodha and twins will stay at home and rest no need to attending meeting with shehnaz and jodha agree because hussain still fussy and keep cling to jodha.

In afternoon everyone already gathering in hamida's house including adgah, and they all worry with hassan hussain condition.

" how are they jalal ? " ask hamida

" they are ok ammijan . . it turns out they are teething but they had different reaction, me and jodha very worry last night when hussain can't stop crying but finally he can sleep, dr karin already check on them and nothing is serious, very sad looking at them when they are sick especially hussain, he keep cling to jodha and wont let me hold him " explain jalal

" hahaha bhaijan you sound jealous " tease mirza

Jalal grin " damnn right i was jealous hhahhaha but this morning hussain jump on me and happily play with me " he reply and he told them what they are doin while jodha shower and everyone listening with amusement and happy then twins are ok, their little prince is alright.

Shehnaz looking outside window and see the beautiful views, she is on the way to mughals residence and she try to hold herself together, she was doin stupid and huge mistake by trusting maham angam, she was blind by hurt and jealously because her worl up side down when she know bout her father, she felr hurted and rejected, she thought her father not care bout her and her mother but it turn out her mother done such kind acted which caused all of this, she must do what her mother asked her to do, seek forgiveness for her and her mother, she must put everything back in right, mughals family must be hurt when they know bout humayun secret marriage and she must let them know the truth behind their father's secret marriage, then shehnaz feel the car stop and abdul's man help her out from car and escort her to enter the house.

When shehnaz enter the living room she find lot people there, she recognize jalal, mirza and abdul but she don't know the rest but she recognize hamida from the picture she saw on newspaper, adgah come to her and ask he to sit

" come shehnaz let take have a seat " said as adgah and shehnaz with obedient sit when adgah pointed out, she and mughals family looking at each other with interesting, hamida finally can meet humayun daughter and she is indeed look like him, bakhsi, bobby and selima watching shehnaz with mix feeling.

" i'm sorry bout your mother " said hamida with sadly and shehnaz looking at her and nod

" thank you . . you are very kind " she said and she feel slight shamefull after what she is done to this family, she look mughals one by one and with a deep breath shehnaz try to hold herself together " the reason i'm here is . . . . i want to ask forgiveness from all of you, my action in the last couple days really shamefull, i was driven by angry and hurt knowing bout my father and maham anga put bad thing bout this family in my head and i was so stupid trusting her, instead came to this family i came to her, but now i know the whole story and truth and from the deep of my heart i'm truly sorry the pain i caused to this family if i know the trust earlier may be we will never met " she said in sadly and full of regret

Everyone looking at her with curious, jalal observe her and try to look lie in her eyes bit he found none just see hurt and sad , he curious with what truth she talking about " what truth ? what are you talking about ? " he ask

Shehnaz looking at jalal and hamida " the truth bout my parents secret marriage " she answer and they all confuse " but before i tell the truth i want you to know that my father really love you and he only love you " she said to hamida while looking at her straight to her eyes, hamida feel more curious then shehnaz reveal everything to them the truth, the reason behind her parents secret marriage, hamida close her mouth in shock and sad because she was angry to humayun because she though he betrayed her but he is innocent party too, it must be devastated for him becaue circumstances force him to married another woman and he must carried this secret whole his life and not to mention he never met his own daughter

" ohhh God . . . " she whisperes with disbelief and sad, jalal reach hamida hands and hold it, then in everyone surprise shehnaz suddenly stand up and walk toward hamida, then slowly she kneel in front of her fold her hands, hamida, jalal, mirz, bakhsi, bobby, abdul, selima and adgah totally shock with her act

" on behalf of my mother, please forgive her, she always want to come and ask forgiveness from you but she feel too ashame and guilt to come her, whole her life she must live with guilt over you because her foolishness she might destroy a family, and i know her mistake too huge and may be wont easy to forgive but i beg you please forgive her, the only thing she want in this life is your forginess " she start to sobbing and she bend her head to hide her tears, she too really shame for what her mother did but she need to ask her last will.

Hamida very sad looking at shehnaz like this, she is just an innocent victim from her mother stupid acted, she must been hurt too after knowing the truth then hamida hold her hands " i already forgive your mother shehnaz, yes i feel hurted when i found out bout my husband secret marriage to your mother but i forgive them already, my husband already passes away and i don't see what's good come from angry or hating him and now after i know the truth i feel glad and happy because he never cheated and betrayed me, and i forgive your mother too because nothing good come from hating her . . so let her may rest in peace " shehnaz looking at hamida with gratefull and disbelief that hamida have a big heart.

" thank you . . thank you . . . now finally mother can have peace and closure " reply shehnaz the she handed her mother's letter to hamida " my mother ask me to give you this letter to you " said shehnaz and hamida accept the letter but she decide she will read it later " the reason i come here beside want to tell the truth i want to return what's not belong to me " she add and jalal and mirza look curious, shehnaz handed big envelope to jalal

" what's this ? " he ask

Shehnaz look at the envelope and she feel her burden on her shoulder lift up " i want you all know that what i did because i was desperate, need lot money for mother surgery but everything is too late, and so i return to you that di dn't belong to me " she said and slowly jalal open the envelope and see what's inside, he take out the document and read it then with surprise he look at her.

" this is . . . . "

" father keep sending money for mother and me but mother never touch it because she feel it wasn't right and i felt the same way so i decided to return every penny that father send to my mother " she cut him make everyone totally in surprise and shock but there is slight of pride in jalal's heart because she is now prove that there are mughals blood in her body, jalal close the document and put it back inside envelope, he look at hamida and mirza , they seems have the same thing like him and both nod.

" i understand why are you doin this and i will do the same if i'm in your position but . . . . " shehnaz looking at jalal with confuse " but we are mughals never taking back what we've already given to others so i must refused this, abbujan send you money so it belong to you, we wont taking back what he's been give to you, so this money is yours " said jalal and now it's shehnaz turn who feel surprise and shock

" but . . . but . . . . "

" jalal is right . . . humayun give those money to you so it belong to you, beside he is your father so he have right to send you money, this money is belong to you " said hamida and shehnaz loose her words, she accept the envelope when jalal handed it back to her and he ask her to back to her seat and she obedient, shehnza really can't believe with what just happening, " and i know this too earlier but i want to get to know you, you are humayun daughter after all and we are still a family and for mughals family is everything " said hamida with gentle and shehnaz really don't know what to say but she want to know her family too, they all will need time after what she is done but they all the only family she got now, and she look at them one by one and she don't know how their relationship will become but one thing for sure and clear to her that this family is very kind and far from maham anga told to her and she regret why she trust her and hurt this family, while jalal and other think the same like shehnaz they don't know how their relationship gonna be like but one thing for sure shehnaz is humayun daughter and she is mughals, and so she is their family and mughals always taking care their family, and finally the broken bridge between shehnaz and mughals are rebuilt, and they will built it with love, trust and honesty.
