Jalal sat in the car and stopped it in front of Jodha. She was still not able to absorb the shock. Jalal without looking at her pressed the horn to take her out from the Jodha world. Jodha blankly sat in the car. Whole journey passed in silence. As soon as they reached home, Jodha hastily went in her room.

AT NIGHT

Jodha didn't have her dinner by saying that she was already full as she was in no mood to eat with the family.

She told her mother that she wanted to go for a walk to which Maina initially dropped but later had to agree. After everyone was in their room, Jodha walked out of the house to get some fresh air. There was silence everywhere. It suggested that majority of the people were busy in navratri and those who were not, were happy to do their own works. The moon shined brightly. The night screen had hung down, the celestial space had become pitch black, the glittering and luminous diamond-like stars had become natural adornments, filling the empty spaces in the dark sky while winking at the passengers underneath them from the endless arch of void-black. In places they were birthstone-blue and beautiful, all a-glitter in their heavenly finery. They had a faint, silver tint and they looked like they were the distant, glittering sparks from angel fire. Jodha always adored nature. That's why whenever she felt gloomy she went out for a walk near the beach behind their flat. She went in the sand and folded her pants till her knees. She felt immense peace there. The waves were crawling gently to the shore.The gushing waves were always comforting and the plinking of the wave-music was enthralling gently drenching the sand. She was unknown to the fact that someone was secretly following her. She sat in the sand and just stared the sky and started talking something to an invisible person. Yes, it was her habit since her childhood. When her father passed away, she was small to understand anything so her brother always told her that the bright star over there was her father and she could talk to him whenever she wants.

The person who was following her was none other than the culprit for this situation 'Jalal'.

Flashback

Jodha walked out of the house but didn't lock it as her mother knew and would lock it later. Jalal came out to drink water and he saw Jodha going out somewhere. So he drank to water fast and started to follow her. And finally her reached here. He was following her so to ensure her safety at this hour of night. He didnt know the reason for this move but felt to do so.

Flashback over

He went closer to her to listen what she was murmuring. And stood there for sometime to listen to what Jodha was talking. And what he heard in that time left him flabbergasted. He was shocked to the core. Never in his life he dreamt of such a situation and never underwent any. He wanted to go back to the house as fast as he could but at the same time wanted Jodha safe. So he sat behind a big boulder which wasn't much away from Jodha. He was feeling guilty for his actions in the past. All the moments flashed in front of his eyes. He wanted to rub that time from his life which wasn't possible at this point of time. Jalal was all lost thoughts when he felt his shirt wet. He realized that there was raining gently. He looked back to see Jodha. But alas! She wasn't there. She had already walked out from there. Jalal was hell worried now. Though, it was not too long distance from their house but it wasn't safe for her to roam in the unsafe city and that too at night. She being a celebrity was popular among the commoners and was already too beautiful, so any man would lust her. Jalal wanted to keep her safe from the bad eyes so he frantically started searching for the lady. He saw her exiting the beach and he ran behind her to catch up to her but took care that he didn't make much noise and make her aware about someone's presence.

Soon they were back to their home. Jalal went in after he assured himself that Jodha was not in the nearby rooms.

That day Jalal was not able to overcome his agony. Never in his life he had faced such a vulnerable condition. He being very weak at handling depressed emotions was in a heavy shock. He got 2 biggest shocks which he never imagined in his wildest of dreams.

Jalal's POV

What is happening to me...? I thought that i cared for her. But today after i saw that surya with Jodha, i wasn't able to withstand my jealousy. But why was I jealous? Why does it bother me when she talks to other man. Its her life. I became so blind in jealousy and anger that i didn't think beyond what i could see. What is this feeling which i ve never faced before... Is this love? No no. I cant love her.

Another thought popped in his mind which forced him to seriously think about his feelings towards Jodha. Jalal was now hell confused. His heart was telling that yes jalaluddin mohommad is in love but his mind was constantly denying the fact. But just one question changed his decision." Why was I jealous when i saw jodha which another man?" To which his heart screamed "you are in love Jalal. Dont listen to your brain; its me who has fallen for that beauty." Jalal got the answer now. He was in love. He wanted to scream in front of the whole world that finally Jalaluddin mohommad had found his lady love but he had to be patient till the time he confessed it to HER.

He wanted to confess it to her before he goes back to banglore. He was going back the day after. And wanted to do something special because of two reasons. One, he had ruined one of the best days of her life i.e. Her birthday. So he had to correct his mistake. And second, he wanted to confess his love to her in a different way.

It was almost five in the morning now. Jalal slept barely three hours as he was busy planning a very important thing. Whichever idea came to his not so creative mind was cancelled out as he didn't find it as per the taste of his lady love. First of all he had to convince Jodha to talk to him. Then only his later plans would be successful. He tried every possible way to find the bestest way to confess his feelings but none of them could matchup to his expectations. Finally he tried the last option left with him. GOOGLE. He searched for almost two hours. Finally his search finished when he got a fantastic plan to confess his lady love.

Jodha woke up stretching her self. The cool breeze touched her face. It felt soothing. The chirping of birds was a thing which she missed in Delhi. And the gentle sunlight enter from the window lightened the room. She freshened herself and went out to have her breakfast. She was too hungry as she didn't have her dinner too... When she went out, at the same moment even Jalal stepped out. Both of their eyes locked for a moment but Jodha broke the eye-lock. A pleasant smile crept up on Jalal's face as he saw his beautiful girl. He was determined to persuade her and could to anything for that.

Jalal and Jodha both sat for the breakfast on the same time. Jalal sat opposite to Jodha while her brother sat beside her. All the while the recently become lover took glances of his love. Jodha tried to finish her food as soon as she could.

After she finished she walked back to her room.

The lady already had her bath, was done with her prayers and was now sitting idle. Usually at this time she would talk to her newly formed friend 'Jalal'. But now as their relation wasn't like before, so all she could do was just sit doing nothing. She was toying with her mobile when the doorbell rang. She stood up and went to open the door.

She peeked from the hole and was elated to see her schoolmate after years!!

"Aarnaa!" was all she could utter in excitement. And hugged her tightly. She welcomed her in. Before she could recover from the surprise another 2 people came to surprise her. "Moti! Surya!! Glad to see you. Come." Maina entered listening to her daughter's squeals. And even she was happy to see her 23 year old girl so happy the first time after she came from the mall the previous day. She didn't know the reason, but the glow from her face was lacking since then. She kept aside that thought and focused on the present. "Are beta come-come. Surya if you would have told me then I would've cooked something special for you all." "That's the reason aunty we didn't inform you. Otherwise you would've been busy preparing something." Uttered Surya. Jalal came and saw the not so familiar face but one of them was a very known face. Aarnaa. She was his PA. She was the only person who knew him so well after his family ones. And the only PA of Jalal who lasted for more than a year because none of his older PAs could handle the pressure. But she did her tasks very impressively. "Aarnaa! Such a pleasant surprise!" Came a voice from behind. Yes, it was her boss's voice. "Good morning sir. Sorry to ask you but you here?" Asked the shocked lady. "Uh.. I am.." Before he could complete his sentence Jodha spoke in. "Yes he is here with his mom. Now can we go in? Or would you like to eat something first?" Ignoring that even Jalal was present there. "Lets have food first." Said Moti instantly, who was a part of the audience for a long time. "Yes. I knew it." Said the lady And all the buddies laughed together. "Ma, will you please call me when the food is ready? I'll serve them." Said Jodha in a chirpy voice. "No need beta. I'll serve you all"said her mother." Ok ma. Till then we are in the garden. Please call us." Said Jodha. Before they could head to the garden, moti spoke in "Jalal, if you are free then even you can accompany us." Jalal looked towards Jodha but she wasn't looking towards him. He thought it to be a good time to know Jodha's secrets so he agreed for the offer. "Chale?" Said Jodha in a plain voice and walked further without looking back. "Ise kya ho gaya" asked surya to which Moti shrugged. And all the remaining 3 went behind the disappointed lady.

"Moti, you wanted to see the picture na... See this. Manna padega Janaab ki choice bahut acchi hai. Q hai na Aaru?" Jodha browsed through her photo gallery searching for the picture of a special lady. Finally she found it out and showed it to her mates. 'Aaru' was the pet name especially given by Jodha to Aarnaa as she thought that Aarnaa was a long one. "Awww... She looks so sweet. But I wonder how did such a cute girl select a chimpanzee?" Said Moti while their bestie was blushing but when Moti pointed him as a chimpanzee he passed a death glare to her. All other classmates were laughing like manics not bothering that there was another person present who was getting bored with their half nonsense-to-him talks as he was unable to get half of the things what they were speaking. If Jodha wouldn't have been upset with him then may be she would have explained him the history or chosen a topic he was familiar with and his condition would have been better but right now it was not so good.

All he could do was just adore the beautiful nymph sitting and enjoying the teaseathon going on. "Moti... You can't insult him by referring to him as a chimpanzee yar." Said Jodha with a mischievous grin which was unnoticed by the man who was the centre of attention. Unaware about the devilish plans going on in the supportive lady's mind he spoke up "Yes. Don't forget even i have a 100 things to tease you with." Said he. "Yes Moti. You can't call him a chimpanzee.(Jodha took a pause to analyze everyone's face and then continued) you should call him a gorilla." And everyone broke in to hearty laughter only to get a glare from surya. "Ok enough of teasing him now. Anyways Aaru, isn't she pretty?" Said Jodha to save her beloved friend from the devils. "Ha surya we must appreciate you have a nice choice. To kab bula rahe ho shadi me." Jalal was again pushed into guilty. The more he tried to overcome his guilt, the more he was pushed in it. He knew the truth that Jodha has brotherly feelings towards Surya.

FLASHBACK

Jalal was following Jodha and reached the beach. Jodha went and sat on the shore folding her pants. And started talking looking at the stars. He went near to listen what she was speaking.

"Hello papa. I am missing you soo much. You always wanted me to stand on my own feet. See today your princess is a popular girl. I know you are very happy. Even I am happy but the happiness would have increased if you were there with us. (A tear drop fell down her cheek and she started chocking) I miss you papa. Why is destiny playing such a cruel game with me ? Whenever I get something, i lose it (by now her tears were unstoppable). You know papa, i made a new friend 'Jalal'. I thought he is different from those mediocre guys. But he, he suspected on your Jodha's character. He thought that i lied him. Do i ever lie? No na papa. Now i m not going to talk to him. Never ever. He broke my heart which I thought I'd keep with me safe always. I started loving him papa but Jalaluddin Mohommad doesn't have a heart. People say it right, he just knows to play with people's emotions. Ill never forgive him for doing this. How can he doubt my and surya's pure brother-sister relationship?(she wiped her tears and stood up from there). Anyways, I'll go back now otherwise mom will worry.(and saying this she smiled and went away from there). Jalal was shocked, remorseful, words were less for expressing the blunder he'd committed.

FLASHBACK OVER

"Are yar ab tak date fix nahi hui hai. Most probably the wedding will be scheduled after Devika(Surya's to-be-fiance)graduates, till then she's my fiance only.' Said the not yet become groom. "Ohooo... Bina engagement ke hi fiance. Wah mere bhai" said Aarnaa. "Ya true. Mere liye to kabhi itna affection nahi rakha jitna teri fiance ke liye hai." said a sarcastic Jodha. "Are Jodha, ab ise apni behno ki yaad hi kaha aati hai..."said moti making a puppy face and all 3 girls laughed heartily on their poor friend cum brother. Jodha's mom called all of them for the breakfast. All this time Jodha didnt even look at Jalal for once. She was totally ignoring Jalal like he doesn't exist. By her behavior Jalal came to know that she was hell angry on him and he is going to have a tough time persuading her.

"Wah aunty kya pakode banaye hai aapne. Jodhu kuch seekh. Theek se khana banana bhi nahi jaanti" said Surya immersed in eating the fantastic pakodas made by Jodha's mother.

"Are seedhe-seedhe q nahi bolte ki tumhe apna khana khud na banana pade isliye mujhe seekhna chahiye" said the irritated girl who was being taunted by her bestie since a long time.

All laughed seeing the two friends having a cat fight. It was usual whenever they met. As much they liked to fight with each other, the more they were protective about each other. Surya always protected her, like her own brother, from evil eyes. This was the reason Maina was a bit carefree when it came to Jodha's career since she knew that Surya will always be there for her daughter. And she was even aware about the fact that both shared a very sacred bonding.

It was now time for all the friends to go. They would have loved to stay more if only Aarna would not have booked the night's flight. All of them cursed her for doing so. Though Jodha wanted to go to drop her, but her mother refused saying that she should spend some quality time with her family. Jalal wanted to talk something very important to Aarna before she left but her friends were not leaving her alone even for a minute.
