ENTRY 2
After some days of my arrival in the Rajputana, one fine morning as I was practising sword fighting, some of my soldiers mentioned the name of Amer princess Jodha.. He described me about the way she fought with my soldiers saving her companions, in the process risking her life.. I wondered how can a princess put up such a fight against my force!!
Then the soldier happened to mentioned about her beauty.. He even stated that as she came all became busy staring at her..
I didn't give much importance to that fact as I had nothing to do with beauty and I taunted him and then dismissed him..But I must admit here I was extremely impressed by this Rajput princess's courage and almost involuntarily my lips uttered her name...
After sometime as I was walking around the war camp I heard that soldier discussing about Amer princess with Khan Baba and Sharifuddin..
As my patience have up I ordered imprisonment for the soldier..

I told Khan Baba then that I had won so many queens and concubines but never gave my heart to anyone as I don't possess one.. Though he didn't reply, but I knew hearing my answer Khan Baba was pleased..
Then I told Khan Baba and Sharifuddin to gather more information about Amer and also asked about its structure to Khan Baba..
Khan Baba sent Sharifuddin to Amer and also instructed me that I had to crush the Rajput's pride along with defeating them..
I acknowledged his instruction by nodding my head..
He was right.. The Rajputs are known for their pride... Anyhow I had to crush their pride beneath my shoes..
Later that day I went to the market place with a few soldiers and Khan Baba...
I came across a new incident there...
As I was moving around the market my eyes went to a beautiful girl, who seemed to be married..

I tried to take her along with me but her husband interrupted me.. But I put my knife under his chin and asked him to choose between life and wife.. Poor he!! fled away leaving his wife alone to be taken away by me...
He fled choosing love for his life over love for his wife..
Then I left that poor girl and asked her for whom does she wear her maangtika?? As the person for whom it was meant fled away leaving her in danger..
I told her not to live in love..
After I left the woman, Khan Baba pronounced that he was proud of me and if I continue to go in this way then soon I'll be able to take over the whole Rajputana as an Emperor doesn't think by heart but by his brain.. I agreed to his point saying that from my childhood I had learnt all that he taught me and will always learn what he will teach me..
Really I treasured my Khan Baba... He took over my father's place in my life and he deserved that position!!
