CHAPTER- 7
Atifa sees Jalal's room and the moment she sees it her heart's ecstasy knew no bounds. As, she very well could see in Jalal's eyes the anger not because Jodha talked rudely to him, but because his ego had been wounded again that a woman could talk rudely to him, he did not even want to consider leaving considering it is too far away he did not even try to think one whether she is right or wrong, whether her anger is justified, he is just blinded by rage caused by ego. She begins the work she had come here for i.e.; to separate Jalal and Jodha forever. She says- Shehanshah.. humne suna ki ap bahut Krodh mai hai. Aap khud ko shant kyon nahi rah sakte ap ko pata hai na Krodh apke shehath ke liye acha nahi. Instead, of cooling Jalal and making him attracted towards herself Atifa did the opposite. She provoked Jalal as even though she is showing fake concern this same words had been said by Jodha, and this provoked Jalal. Atifa always had thought since she had entered Agra for the completion of her mission that if she behaves like Jodha Jalal will automatically get attracted to her, but she did not that not today but in future she has to pay dearly for ruining a beautiful love story even though she is not only the reason Jalal is also partly responsible. Atifa did the most foolish thing trying to attract Jalal, it is equivalent to put oil on fire and this is what she had done right now. Jalal's rage is above its bounds he shouts actually literally screams so badly that his voice could be clearly heard echoing in the whole palace- Atifa... abhi isi vakat humare kwabga se chali jao. Samajhi varna acha nahi hoga. Atifa knew this time she has failed badly and she knew Jalal's rage right now he could suck anyone's blood that is in front of him. She is no mood to be that prey so she leaves. This screaming of Jalal is also heard by Jodha who gives a victorious smirk and says- Apni pehle har Mubarak ho Atifa. Shehanshah ke krodh ke samne koi nahi tik pata aur voh apne krodh mai itne andhe hote hai ki voh yeh bhi nahi jante ki voh kis ko hani paunch ha rahe hai. Akhir yeh sab bate tum kya janogi mai Shehanshah ko shayad itni achi tahara se janti nahi ho, akhir aj tak mai kon sa unhe samajh paye ho ki tum kaya samjho gi unhe.
Time flew at a fast pace than it should have flown in Jalal and Jodha's life or either it could be said that time flew in a normal pace but seemed to go at a faster pace as both Jalal and Jodha could not cope up with this pace of time, because of the turns in their lives and changes correction drastic changes in their lives, which they had not managed to comprehend till date. For Jalal his confusion seemed to grow each day as more their fights grew more his confusion, the more he resisted her he felt an urge an uncontrollable urge towards her and for Jodha these fights seemed to make her wounds fresh each day. Their long ago beautiful relationship seemed at the verge of ending, destructing, it seemed over tangled that it is now impossible to untangle it. There is no future left for their relationship but their inseparable soul had hope as they did not want to separate from each other as they found immense and irresistible peace when they were together. Both Jalal and Jodha seemed to be fighting less with each other compared to the fight they were fighting with themselves it as though a civil war had been waged between their heart and mind or the better way to express it is between their love and the restrictions that their mind put by saying he has hurted you Jodha and for Jalal his mind seemed to be irritably reminding that his ego has the supremacy even above love. Their hearts and souls want to go to a place where nobody will disturb them and they will stay together till eternity, but it seemed next to impossible, but they both did not seem to lose hope. One and half month had passed since Atifa had destroyed their lives Jodha is now seven and half months pregnant but still even though she swore that she would not allow anyone to snatch her kids away from her, she always feared that what if she failed to do so, she tried to be optimistic but to no avail. One fine day yet a painful day in the life of Jodha, Jalal had been checking the Haram whether everything is ok or not as he had returned after a long time. He heard somebody's giggle, a woman indeed, but it seemed familiar but then also unfamiliar as he had almost forgotten this melodious giggle, his heart knew to whom it belonged, but his mind is as dumb as ever it seemed to be. This giggle made him feel something which he had been searching for a long period of time, peace, so he followed the trail rather it should said the melody of the giggle and his footsteps halt outside Jodha's room, he is about to go when he hears the giggle again an urge rises to see her without her knowledge as he had not seen her for a week as he had been out for almost two weeks. He hides near the curtains of the door and he becomes the centre of attention of the soldiers as they were confused that what their Shehanshah is doing. He sees her she is bulky because of her tummy which has come out, she had different glow on her face maybe Jalal thought this is known as the glow of motherhood, she looked beautiful in a different way that she never had been beautiful in that way. She is smiling but he could clearly see that her smile is not reaching her eyes and she is talking with their children and giggling, he is lost seeing this beautiful moment, for a moment he forgot what ever bad had happened between them when suddenly his moment is broken by Atifa she says- Shehansha ap yahan kya kar rahe hai. Hum apko kab se dundh hum apko milna chate the itna samya hogya par... she stopped has her work had been done. Jalal says- Atifa hum bhi apko milne ke liye betab ho rahe the , bas hum jana chacte the ki humare bache theek hai ya nahi. Bas aur kuch nahi. Atifa says- chaliye chodye na humare sath chailye, ab dekh liye na apne ki dono theek hai. Jalal says- haan and they both leave. Jodha had not noticed Jalal's presence as she had been extremely busy feeling her children moving in her womb which is a divine pleasure for her to feel and their kicking on the womb even though it pained it gave her immense peace, for some time. Jodha nowadays frequently remembered her mother's talking's.
She remembers her mother saying that after marriage life changes in a positive way , and you change to some extent, but here lay the irony of her life her life after her marriage had surely changed in a pessimistic sense rather than a optimistic sense and she did not change to some extent she had changed drastically, but she could not do anything. On the other hand conspiracies seemed to deepen and new conspiracies seemed to take birth the assassin sent by Mahachucak had gained loyalty and favour in the eyes of Jodha in this period of time, now he had his perfect chance of killing Jodha. He had to finish his job for which he had been given money and that too heavily so, he writes down a letter asking Mahachucak permission to accomplish his task as they could not miss this golden opportunity which lay open in front of them all they needed is to grab it as nobody except Salima and Hamida Bano seemed concerned for Jodha. Ever since Jodha and Atgha Sahib had come to know the genuine face of Atifa they had been trying hard to expose her, but it is not an easy task as she is a professional player not an intermediate player. They both had a hawk's gaze fixed on her, but their efforts, their hard works did not seem to show outcome, but neither of them lost hope as they both believed that even the most biggest players leave a clue behind and make a mistakes. After three days the letter from Mahachucak arrived secretly to Atifa which had orders of finishing Jodha as soon as possible as she is creating problems indirectly in their mission as, Jalal after his may misunderstandings and fights still seemed attracted towards her and the first step to destroy Jalal began from destroying Jodha and their children i.e; to kill them. Atifa reads the letter and is to elated that like usual she burns the letters the only evidence but today she just dumps the letter in to her trunk and Moti sees it she had been involved in this mission, as, Jodha is pregnant and she needs rest and she cannot be that active as the time of her delivery is nearing. She enters the room very secretively being careful of not getting caught by anyone especially Jalal, and takes out the letter and goes to Jodha and on the other hand Atifa had simply dumped the letter as her anxiety is above its limits and she wants to go and tell the assassin to accomplish his task as soon as possible, as now they have already got permission from Mahachucak. Jodha as soon as she gets the letter she goes to Atgah Sahab they talk how to show it Jalal as it is very difficult even to make him hear it. Jodha says she will do this task of showing the letter as she is ready to face his rage as she is used to it now and she does not want Jalal's and Atgah Sahib's relationship to be ruined for two reasons she cleared. Firstly, because she respected this relation from the bottom of her heart and secondly, she knew the pain that one had to face and feel when relationship's break. Atgah Sahab could clearly feel the pain in her words, which portrayed betrayal, agony, inner turmoil and innumerable heart breaks she had gone through recently and she is recently going through, he equally loved Jodha as a daughter as he loved Jalal as a soon, but it seemed difficult to explain to Jalal as he always had been the more stubborn one among him and Jodha. He could do no more except pity Jodha and towards Jalal he did not know what to feel whether to feel pity for his foolish act or laugh and mock at his foolish act.
On, the other hand by now Jalal is free from the clutches from the conspirer i.e.; Atifa and he is lost again recalling the melody of Jodha's giggle, it sounded so heavenly and gave immense peace to his soul. He had to agree she looked so cute and beautiful keeping aside all their issues and conflicts. She looked angelic as ever and she looked in immense peace with their kids. One question struck Jalal's heart, which is immediately asked to Jalal's mind that has she moved on in life? Has she learned to live without me? The woman who found it difficult even to survive a moment without him has she learned to live without remembering him? Is that true? He did not know the answer but wants to know it badly, as this has only increased his confusion rather than settling it down. For Jalal life seemed like a labyrinth he does not now the path which is correct i.e.; Atifa or Jodha, who will revile him from his confusion. He gets irritated so he dozes off.

Promo- Jodha and Jalal ki fight Jalal pays no heed to the letter and burns it and Atifa comes to know that Jodha knows everything about her so, she decides to fasten up her plan of killing Jodha.
