exactly @jojaparijat
thats why i still feel this is not pari's true thoughts! she may have been compelled by ph or ek for saying all this...anybody can see the the wrong timing of this leap...and even the actors!

What can she say like jojaparijat said the actors are puppets of EK who are bound on agreement but completely agree with u the leap was way too early Infact I say they should have end the serial after showing jodha giving birth to salim coz as we all know salim was a disobedient son

Just the way a few of us could predict the leap going by the happenings in the show even before the leap happened, while the majority of the forum was in denial...😆

Have a good day...😃

i know some people hv excessive "Kaammon sense" to use as per their own INTERPRETATION & to satify their handmade theory 😉 😆 though its good for their own sanity. 😆

Thank you and have a good day 😃

I only watch my own show'

Nov 16, 2014 - Natasha Coutinho

In keeping with the trend that most popular television shows follow, Jodha Akbar has undergone a time leap. Paridhi Sharma who plays Jodha on the show says that she isn't rattled by the sudden leap.

"I knew it was going to happen. Leaps are a trend that all Ekta Kapoor shows follow. And I knew that there would be kids too. I am fine with it because Ayan (who plays her son Salim in the show) is very young. Fortunately I am very fond of kids and bonded with Ayan and the child who plays Anarkali instantly. The best part is that they don't have ego hassles like the older actors," says Paridhi.

While most time leaps call for a change in the actor's look, Paridhi hasn't had to deal with it yet. "My designers for the show decided not to change my look for now, but maybe in the future they will," she adds.

The actress says that she is so much in love with her show, that she does not watch anything else. "I only watch my own show and besides that, channels like Rajya Sabha and Lok Sabha, that I don't think many people watch."

So isn't Paridhi afraid of being slotted in only historical roles? "I don't mind being slotted in any category because I know the audience is enjoying our work. I would like to experiment in the future though, with dance shows such as Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa and Nach Baliye. But definitely not Bigg Boss. I could never adjust there."

TFS Sona 😃

Lines in bold
1st one - She did not mind cos Salim in the show is VERY YOUNG - telling comment! 😆😉 What happens with OLDER Salim?!

2nd one - Designers decided?! I guess no budget for Jodha's clothes but everybody else's!

3rd one - PS watches JA??? Then why can't SHE SEE HER COSTUMES AND MAKE-UP ARE BAD???????

Actors have no control over what lines they are given to mouth but can't she protest about the atrocious make-up? Costumes?

Did I miss part of the article? Is what is posted here only an extract? Where she said happy with the leap?

Where does is say she is happy? 😕
I think she meant it was EXPECTED from Ekta show and and she is fine with it BECAUSE Salim is VERY YOUNG.

I wonder what PS and RT feel about longer leap - older Salim???

Hey @Maddy, fine with the leap happy with the leap reads somewhat same to me seeing the other words that s also been said along with it, sorry if u find a problem in it, but that s what the article seems to imply according to me , each is entitled to one s own view, is it not 😊
