I think Ruk might have got Hassan and is refusing to give him. Maybe Hakima has said both the babies should be together. Jodha is worried about Hussain's health.

acc to promo some how jalal take hussainto jodha because she is missing him .when hussain is with jodha at that time ruq take back and says whatever in the promo.before promo incident they will know the truth of zeenat.how will they know about zeenat is depending on hassans health ,as per precap jodha succeed to wakeup hassan then doctor will say about poison then jalal and md willmake a plan that they will leave hh in a room under secret super visionof jodha at that time zeenat going tokill the babies and jo see that as per promo and they will catch her.here why they leave hh together in a room because zeenat wants to kill both

Yes, your theory of the 'baby swap' is possible . You are also right in thinking that swapping of talents between Ramtanu Pandey and Mahesh Das is an indication to the viewers that the twins could have also been exchanged .

Even though the twins are fraternal , the camera angles used to shoot their closeups , are excellent . The viewers are completely confused about their identity.

Mansi , I feel that towards the end of this week and throughout next week , the focus will be on the twins falling ill and eventually their passing away . In order to maintain my sanity , I will only read the synopsis of those episodes and not watch them .If in case Rukaiya's expose also happens simultaneously , then I will definitely watch but will fast forward all the sad scenes.

We have no choice but to patiently wait and watch the 'naatakiya roopantar' that the Creatives have in store for us .
