You have a voice to express yourself but you should know where to draw the line. I have a voice as well so I can express myself when something is uncomfortable to me. It's not about saying a word and starting a Trojan war. It's about remaining active or passive. That's all. Speak whatever you want in hush hush PMs like Mandy said ( I do it all the time) but don't put it in a way that's offensive.
